Unless you arrive in a Taxi, forget about it!
Pros:

Stayed at the EVEN Hotel Rochester Mayo Clinic Area and unfortunately it was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I've had in years.

After a long drive, we arrived to find the drop-off area blocked and were sent to a remote parking lot several blocks away. The check-in and parking process took so long that we missed the restaurant's food service by minutes, leaving us to order DoorDash instead. The hotel offered a couple of complimentary breakfast items, but that didn't really make up for the inconvenience.

The next morning, the driver who was supposed to take guests back to the parking lot wasn't available, so everyone had to walk with their luggage. Between the parking issues, lack of communication, and disappointing service, this stay fell well short of expectations.

Disappointing experience overall.

Pros:

Muy cómodo y limpio, la habitación súper amplia, con tapetes de yoga y bicicleta en el cuarto. Baño amplio, desayuno saludable y muy rico. Muy bien ubicado. Sorprendente la relación calidad- precio.

Would 100% recommend this hotel to ANYONE!
Pros:

I loved the Staff in particular. The people working there were so nice. Maddy and Affinity were two of the friendliest people I have met. There was "a Social" on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening: free drinks and food. This was such a kind gesture and meant an awful lot to me and I imagine the many other patrons staying in the hotel, the majority of whom, I presume, were in Rochester for health-related Mayo Clinic reasons.

Cons:

They put me in the wrong room and when I came back, there was another family in the room they put me in. Not a good start for Father’s Day as it was just me and my son. My son was upset due to the room change
