Atendimento, check in e chek out demorados demais. confusão na hora da emissão das NFs, pessoal confuso, perdido, sempre uma complexidade para se organizar quando as notas dos itens consumidos no bar/restaurante, lançam a noda com data do dia seguinte, e muitas empresas nao aceitam a data errada, precisa ser a data do dia do consumo para registro e reembolso, tem que ter muita paciencia;

Hotel excelente em tudo.
Pros:

O Hotel Ibis, de Ponta Grossa, PR, superou as minhas expectativas. Ao chegar ao quarto, havia um cartão postal sobre a mesa com o meu nome, dando as boas-vindas, além da oferta de uma latinha de água mineral e um pacote de biscoito. A TV era de tela plana de alta qualidade e uma gama grande de canais. Tudo muito limpo e confortável. O café da manhã é excepcional. Até agora, foi o melhor hotel da rede Ibis do Brasil que me hospedei.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei foi o pagamento, à parte, pelo estacionamento, pois na divulgação dava a entender que o estacionamento era gratuito. Mas mesmo assim, não afeta a excelente reputação desse hotel.

O básico muito bom!

Cons:

Na chegada o atendente não teve jogo de cintura, não foi cordial, teve que ter intervenção da gerência! Nos demais contatos com o mesmo sem nenhuma reação positiva comigo! Demais funcionários foram perfeitos! Estacionamento com manobrista, não podemos deixar estacionar o carro na garagem!
