We called hotel in advance to confirm we were traveling with our dog and to confirm the pet fee. We were told it was the standard $50/nite. On check-in we were charged $150 non-refundable. That is a ridiculous amount, especially given the fact we could have gone to several other hotels in the area with a $50 pet fee. This property was nothing exceptional, actually it was a bit worn and the front desk staff were quite disagreeable.
The hotel is very well maintained, despite having carpet it does not smell of musty, they have chargers for electric cars which was very convenient for us. Breakfast is just ok. The room was clean, enough towels, bath supplies. Housekeeping is every other day. The hotel is quiet so we could rest, it is close to the beach.

The power went out a couple times, and the pool closed early
People were great.
Breakfast Room control for A?C. Some one left the control @ 60 degrees and we froze the 1st night. the shower head was @ half power.

I wish the pool stayed open later . We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to it closing at 8pm .

The bed was very comfortable, and the towels luxurious. Also my husband and I enjoyed taking showers. Overall I plan to return.

The good: Room was clean. It had a fridge, microwave and comfy bed. The staff was friendly; the lobby was clean and inviting. The breakfast looked good, even though I did not eat.
The room (104) was next to the maintenance room, lobby and the window faced the pool, it was very noisey with screaming kids at 9pm, the shower had only a drip of water pressure. It was horrible trying to shower. I had maintenance come in but he said they were all like that. The heads are clogged and some of the holes do not have water, they are corroded shut. There was mold that came out of the drain when I showered as well. The bathroom lighting is poor, I thought some lights were out, but was told that they were all that way.
