I was satisfied with everything except for the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room!!!
Cons:

No coffee maker was in the room! The only time in ANY hotel I ever stayed that there was no coffee maker in the room.

Pros:

The night manager, Jen, was so helpful and friendly. She was able to get us a suite so that my very tall teenage sons wouldn't need to share a bed. She even called up to the room to make sure we had all the bedding for the sofa bed.

Nicer than I ever expected. The staff is very nice.

It was brand new and breakfast was amazing

Running up and down the hall, BUT it was the night of the first men’s American World Cup game so forgivable.

Nice hotel, but parking is a serious concern.

There is not enough parking. One of the employees had to move their personal car to give us a spot to park in. We came in fairly late (about 11 pm on a week night with reservations), but still yet, parking should not be impossible. The lot was completely full. Even driving around the building, to the outrageously dark areas of the lot, there was nothing. I don’t know what they’d do on a weekend. This was actually the second time we had stayed at this location and ended up parking in an “Elite“ spot last time because there wasn’t anywhere else to park. So, this wasn’t a one time issue.
