Genelde burayı tercih ediyoruz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve baya yardımcılar, otelin konumu iyi, temizlik konusunda da iyiler fakat odalarda kronik bir problem var, camlardan çıt sesi geliyor düzenli aralıklarla bu problem düzeltildiğinde her şey on numara olacaktır.

İşin gereği çok fazla otellerde konaklama yapıyorum. Otel Otoparkı müşteriler için ücretsiz. Otel metro durağının hemen yanında. Temizlik ve sessizlik aradığım şey. Bu otelde bu ikiside fazlasıyla vardı.

Otelde bir gece konakladık şansımıza film çekimi varmış lobiyi ve giriş katındaki restoran ı kullanamadik çok kalabalık bir ekip vardı tam bir fiyasko otelin bu durum karşısında hiçbir jesti veya özürü olmadi bilseydim konaklamazdik

Five Star building one Star Staff.The hotel déserves a better staff.
Pros:

We were very surprised because the staff was nowhere near the level of the hotel. It was truly shocking — really, really shocking. The hotel itself was nice, but the staff completely let it down.

They didn’t say hello, didn’t say goodbye — nothing. It was up to the guests to greet them, not the other way around. And it’s not like they were overwhelmed; they had time, they just lacked training and professionalism.

The staff simply doesn't live up to the hotel’s standard.
