Sehr empfehlenswert! Großartiger Service! Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Ich war besonders mit dem sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter Onur an der Rezeption zufrieden, der mir in allem sehr geholfen hat, viel mehr, als er normalerweise müsste. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

War alles perfekt, sauber und bezahlbar. Was mir sehr besonders gefallen hat ist die Freundlichen Personal. Die Verbindung bzw. Anbindung an Metro Station u- Bahn Station in der Nähe 100 Meter und man kann von dieser Ort von Flughafen bis zum Europäischen Teil Istanbul verbinden. Werde weiterhin diese Hotel als Favorit und weiter empfehlen.

Gratis Parkplatz für die Gäste.

Cons:

Zimmer werden nicht richtig gereinigt! Wir hatten insgesamt 4 abgeschnittene Fingernägel von dem letzten Buchung. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und der abgeschnittene Fingernägel war immer noch da, als wir ausgecheckt haben.

WORST ROOM SERVICE AND CLEANING
Pros:

-Great room view on 7th floor
-spacious room size and highly recommended where most of istanbul hotels are not large size
- Near by metro station and shopping piazza mall
-great breakfast and many varaities of food and fruits
- Mr Kenan was trying to help and try to calm us down during checkout

Cons:

- The worst cleaning and room service in 3 hotels i vist at istanbul and the main reason not to give excellent rating to hotel ,where they miss on purpose to clean room last day of stay and fail from checking manager to check if room made up and cleaned or not , even i did flag the light to clean room before i leave.
- And i forgot a Carolina Herera perfume after checkout and when i called hotel after few hourz they inform me that was not found in room !!! Which is Very redicoulus and unbelivable

Luxe en comfortabel
Pros:

De kamers met zeezicht waren geweldig. Alles was schoon en comfortabel. Ook de bedden waren comfortabel. De inrichting zag er luxe uit.
We zijn er twee keer verbleven en we zijn beide keren vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie.
Ontbijt was ook erg goed.
We waren met de auto en we konden de auto gratis parkeren op het parkeerterrein naast het hotel.

Pros:

Hotel propre et bien placé. Personnel accueillant. C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à cet hotel et je suis toujours satisfait.

Une piscine ferait du bien :)
