Pros:

Everything was great. We love the location of the hotel, the staff is super friendly, and the accommodations are top notch. The room was clean, great size, and comfy beds.

Worst overpriced hotel I've ever stayed in. Will never stay at a Hilton again
Pros:

Location was good. Only reason I stayed there.

Cons:

I didn't like all the gadgets in the room you had to figure out. Simplicity is better
I don't like pillows that are huge and 5 feet long
I didn't like being hounded by the front desk, maids, and text messages to hurry up and check out.
I didn't like the rudeness from the front desk.
Didn't like spending $50 for mandatory valet parking
10 am Checkout, Are you kidding me? I've been all over the world and not once have I had a 10 am checkout

If we go to Charlotte again will definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

Rooms were very modern, with great interior design and decorating. Comfortable. gadget-friendly. Staff treated us like family. General Manager Kevin was very helpful, accommodating special requests.

Cons:

No full-service restaurant.
