If we go to Charlotte again will definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

Rooms were very modern, with great interior design and decorating. Comfortable. gadget-friendly. Staff treated us like family. General Manager Kevin was very helpful, accommodating special requests.

Cons:

Resepsiyon da ilk geldiğimizde bizi karşılayan bayan baya memnuniyetsizdi belki de zorla çalıştığı içindir neden bilmiyorum ama çıkışta işlemlerimiz yapan beyefendi nekadar güler yüzlü ise girerken tam tersi bir karşılama aldık.

We would definitely look to stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

This is a really upscale and beautifully appointed hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and the overall decor lovely. The location to the heart of downtown is outstanding.

Cons:

The only thing they can improve on is the quality of wines that they offer at the bar.
