Hotel was clean, staff was outside smoking a lot. Tv only has basic cable with out supporting apps like Netflix or Hulu,

Nice but very frustrating and disappointing at the same time.

The location was beautiful. The hotel itself was nice.

Cons:

When we arrived about 8 pm the room was hot. We finally got ac working. This room had another little room with another TV and couch which was nice because we do not like laying around in bed during downtime. So the next day we came back to the room to chill for a bit and the room was hot…again. We would go turn on the ac come back to couch ac would go off. Very aggravating . Late that evening, same thing, I finally called the front desk and she told us the ac is on a sensor but sensor only works if you are in the bedroom part of the room. WTH?!?!?! Why have the other little room if it is not covered by the ac/heating unit?!?!?! This is a $250 dollar room and ac/heat only works if you are in one section of it.
When you go out you come back to either a hot or cold room depending on the weather. Total BS!
1, That is ridiculous!
2, That information should be disclosed! Who wants to come in after a long day to a hot room and you have to wait for it to cool down?!
3. Then you paid for a little sitting area that was nice but if you use that area, which we did, it is not covered by ac/heat. Whoever came up with that idea should be fired!!!!
Desk clerk said she would try to compensate our bill but when we went to check out we were told that because we booked with an outside party they could do nothing. Total BS! And I am quite sure you guys, the third party, will pass the blame back to them! Which is just a shitty way for no one to ever accept responsibility…sadly, the way of our world today! 😢
3. Then I had to put down a $25 “incidental” fee that was to be returned when we checked out. Desk clerk said she was doing it. Never received it!

Very disappointing!

Our room was filthy. Rusty fridge and a spider on our bed. The sheets smelled really bad , like if someone had used them already. The room and the hall were extremely hot 🔥 . We couldn't control our a/c in our room because they have it locked. And on top of ALL they store my daughter's air buds from our room. 🤬

The breakfast was delicious and the space was amazing. I loved the staff

Cons:

I found half cheeseburger and other food pieces under the couch when I pulled the sleeper out. I am sure its an easy to miss spot but it's the only flaw
