Pros:

駅から近く立地の良さもあり、綺麗でTULLY'S COFFEEがあるのも良く、朝食も美味しく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
気になった点としては、ベッド周りのホコリやアメニティの部屋着が少し湿気の匂いなの若干気になりました。

クソホテル二度と利用しません。スタッフの手際の悪さ、愛想の悪さ、サービスの悪さどれをとっても最低レベルですね。年間320日は様々なホテル利用してますが気分が悪くなり吐きそうになるぐらいの接客は久々でした。
部屋の冷房は温度下げても意味がなく暑い部屋で過ごしました。
あと駐車料金は宿泊時以外1時間1200円（上限無し）なので早めに着いた方等は要注意です。
あらかじめ説明があった内容と全然違うこと言ってくるので架空請求にも注意してください。
一度車を出すと言ってるのにわざわざ機械式の駐車場に案内する無能さには呆れてものも言えなくなりました。
私は面倒くさくなったので支払いましたが、話が通じないと思ったらすぐ警察を呼ぶことをお勧めします。
予約してしまった場合は目の前にTYインあるのでそちらに変更をお勧めします。私はTYイン嫌いですがこのホテルよりは100倍ましです。
トラブルに巻き込まれないために詐欺まがいの商売してるこちらのホテルは避けるべきだと思います。

Convenient for the train station, not the beach
Pros:

Modern, clean, and conveniently located close to the train station. This hotel strikes a good balance if you want something affordable but also professional and reliable. If you're coming for the beach, beware that you're either catching a bus or making a long, exhausting hike up a steep hill from the beach back to the hotel. Not easily walkable, especially in the hot Japanese summers! Staff was able to accommodate English.

they dont let us check in before 15h
and you have to check out at 10h in the morning. not good to rest quiet on holidays. Pillow is too thick

Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage 2-3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Atami entfernt.
Zimmer war modern und geräumig für 1 Person. Bei 2 Personen und großem Gepäck muss man sich möglicherweise arrangieren mit der Ablage. Was schade ist - auch wenn es eine Regel der Kette, nicht des individuellen Hotels ist - das man nach dem Checkout nicht die Möglichkeit hat ggf sein Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden aufbewahren zu können. Stattdessen wird man an die nächstgelegenen Schließfächer verwiesen, in der Regel am nächsten Bahnhof.

チェックイン可能時間ギリギリの到着にも関わらず、スタッフの方が丁寧にチェックイン方法を教えて下さり助かりました。

実は、自宅がリホーム中　ホテルでは食事や宿泊代の悩み　気兼なく旅行がてらゆっくりしたいと思いこんなホテルがあるとは、今回利用させて頂きました。交通も便利で伊豆下田と鎌倉まで足を運びとても良い時間を過ごせました。又、是非熱海に来たら利用させて頂き早速家族お友達など紹介したいと思います。
