Hotel molto automatizzato, ottime le lavatrici -asciugatrici che in 2 ore completano il bucato. Molto piacevole anche la colazione che da booking non era inclusa ma ce l'hanno offerta ugualmente. La posizione è comodissima per la stazione, se volete frequentare di più il centro è a un 15 min a piedi ma il problema è il ritorno perché è molto in salita, noi abbiamo preso l' autobus per tornare.

Rigid and eccentric policies
Pros:

Convenient location - stone's thow away to the train station and main part of town. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

This accomodation does not have a single water cooler. Bottled water is rationed to one per customer per night (yet it is not clear how one should go about asking for it). Experienced the lack of hospitality when staff wanted to take back extra bottles that I took: the situation being that my travel companion was already offered 2 bottles when I was busy checking in, then when I reached out to take the bottles, I was affronted to be stopped. It is just water, it should not matter that much - we were already disoriented and fatigued from travelling before check-in with multiple pieces of unconsolidated luggage (because we had to unload them by the road side in order to use the car lift).

For drivers, do note that if your car is a compact/small vehicle, you will be made to use the car lift parking instead of the ground lots shown in the pictures on the booking site. We we not prepared to instantly and unceremoniously offload our luggage by the roadside, which added a great deal of stress and confusion to our check-in experience.

Good location but bad after checkout service
Pros:

Location close to station,buses and market

Cons:

Had to book a late checkout because we couldn't leave our bags there for a couple of hours after checkout. Checking in was very high tech and we needed support to do it all. It defeats the purpose if staff need to be on hand to facilitate checking in. Not a fan of bathroom arrangement. Don't like hand basin in main room.

バス停が真ん前で雨降りの日はとても助かる。

タリーズでの朝ごはんがとてもうれしかった。
