wir haben nicht die Unterkunft bekommen wie gebucht, daher enttäuschend!

die Lage war gut, alles zentral! Der Bademantelgang zur Therme!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 60 m2 Comfort Appartment gebucht. Laut Beschreibung mit Balkon, Holz- oder Parkettböden, Balkon, Mikrowelle, und zu dem eigenen Badezimmer noch ein zusätzliches Badezimmer. Bekommen haben wir bei der Ankunft ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit der Hälfte an Quadratmetern. Nach Reklamation haben wir dann ein etwas größeres Appartment bekommen. Dieses war von der Einrichtung, bis auf die Küche und Bad, sehr veraltet mit einem fleckigen unhygienischen Teppichboden ausgestattet, mit einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett, wo die Matraze durch war, und nur 1 Person mehr schlecht als recht darauf schlafen konnte. Die 2. Person musste dann ins Wohnzimmer ausweichen.
Ein Balkon war nicht vorhanden, so mussten wir unsere Badesachen in der engen Dusche aufhängen.

Un excellent séjour en Bavière
Pros:

Établissement bien situé en pleine campagne au cœur d'un petit village thermal. Le cadre était magnifique. Le personnel, gentil et très accueillant. L'accès au thermes se faisant directement par une passerelle couverte à l’hôtel. Les restaurants et commerces à proximité ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le parking couvert à 200m et le fait que les animaux soient acceptés. La ville de Passau qui est magnifique à 30 minutes de voiture.

Cons:

Ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce que l'accès au spa était payant. De fait, les photos sont trompeuses. L'appartement et ses équipements un peu datés mais suffisant pour quelques nuits. La coupure d’ascenseur l'après-midi et le soir, notamment lorsqu'on a des problèmes de santé et qu'il faille monter 3 ou 4 étages à pied. Enfin, les lits doubles coupés en 2 dans une armoire, c'est particulier.

Es War schön, das kann man wiederholen
Pros:

Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr sein können sonst war es gut soweit. Die Lage war gut nur ein bisschen verwirrt aber sonst alles gefunden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr sein können was die Wurst betrifft. Rührei hätte ich gerne gewünscht was es nicht gab und warme Milch gab es nicht. Sonst war alles gut.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Gute Lage nach Süden, in der Nähe des Frühstücksraums, Bademantelgang, sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliche Damen am Empfang und im Service.

Cons:

Dass während eines zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht geputzt wird und die Betten in der ganzen Zeit nicht einmal bezogen werden. Sollte einem bei der Buchung gesagt werden. Im App. 5 müsste das Waschbecken ausgetauscht werden. Läuft ganz schlecht ab; Hausmeister: „Wenn ich den Siphon aufmache, bringe ich ihn nicht mehr zu.“Ansonsten war alles ok.

Pros:

Wir kommen schon jahre mein mann 49 jahre und ich 50 jahre schätzen die vertraute Atmosphäre. Es ist sauber und das Frühstück ist reichlich. Vor allem der bademantel gang ist super. Der Service am Empfang ist immer herzlich.
