The location is great with proximity to dining and campus.
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived for fifteen minutes. The blanket on the bed was tattered, chairs by elevator coming apart at the seams, and just felt a little worn out. Different finishings and linens are needed to elevate. Bar should be 25+. Too many drunk college kids sucking on one another. Literally.
I had a great experience with the valet service! Carrigan was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy, and his customer service really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in providing great service. I definitely appreciate Carrigan for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Went to the graduate and had valet take my car while friends, family and I stopped at a local restaurant and later went to the bar. I believe his name was carrigan but a great respectful guy, and got my car back in a timely matter. Would recommend

What a great experience. Nice hotel. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. That’s important to me! You pretty much have to valet your car. Carrigan took care of our car and was so polite and accommodating. I don’t like to valet typically, but if valet personnel had his manners, I might do it more often! I’ll definitely stay here the next time I go to East Lansing!
Graduate itself was nice, but this review is mostly for Carrigan, he went out of his way to give us above and beyond levels of service and made the stay memorable, 10/10 would visit again if he is still there!
