Charming and comfortable
Pros:

The location was great, and the hotel itself was absolutely charming! Great staff from greeting to checkout, nice valet option. Really enjoyed the top floor restaurant and view!

Cons:

There was a lot of dust on lamps and lower-traffic parts of the room.

Beautiful hotel but disappointing stay
Pros:

Beautiful decor and very thoughtful and attention to detail. Beautiful hotel

Cons:

The AC did not work in my room and the heat was on high. But there was no indication that the AC didn’t work so I woke up in the middle of the night and changed the thermostat but still had a terrible headache from the excessive heat. Also, when I got there the room I had booked was no longer available and they made no accommodations or concessions to make up for it.

Liked the facility, the staff, the offerings, the proximity to town(walked everywhere).
Pros:

The roof top bar was a draw, super fun and the staff was engaging

Cons:

We were out of shampoo in our room, but it was a one night stay so we survived.

Wonderful experience again. Will always stay at the Graduate when visiting the Lansing area.
Pros:

From the moment you walk in you felt welcomed. The staff was extremely attentive & helpful

I had heard great things about the Graduate, but we will avoid staying here again
Pros:

The location was good, room was nice

Cons:

There was no soap in the bathroom and no way to contact the front desk. There was a phone in the room, but no information about the hotel or what to dial to get the front desk. Tried calling the main number- no answer. Had to go down to the front desk, but the only worker was on break. It was too much effort after a 9 hour drive for something that ought to have been a basic expectation.

Pros:

Location and Valet Parking

Cons:

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. No hand soap in bathroom
When we requested some the front desk brought us a grocery store brand of liquid soap that had been used. The Rock Bar was not open nor the coffee bar during our stay.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Nice room interior, comfortable bed, and convenient to use bathroom.
