Fantastic hotel in a very good location. Breakfast a little bit too pricy.
Pros:

The room, which was a corner room on 23 floor, was fantastic. It was spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed and a perfect shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. You can also enter and exit the hotel directly to and from the skyway on second floor with the room key, which is very convenient.

Cons:

We made the booking of a double room for two nights through Booking.com with breakfast included. It turned out to be a 18 USD voucher to select form a pricy breakfast menu and we ended up spending extra 40 USD for those two breakfasts. Booking.com did not mention that 100 USD was required as a security deposit to be payed together with the room price at check in. We asked for refund of the deposit at check out but still have not got it more than one month later. For an unknown reason the last 4 digit of our credit card did not match the one registered in the computer at the reception and we have not heard anything from the hotel manager as promised by the receptionist.

A sparkling gem in the middle of downtown!
Pros:

The property was not only clean. It was visually lovely… A gem in the middle of downtown.

Cons:

I would have appreciated more instructions regarding how to park before I got there, and then there was no signage between the parking ramp and the hotel, but there is a direct link I would’ve liked to have known about that as well… Also knowing the cost would have been helpful. I think it was probably standard cost, but it would’ve been better to plan for it.

Pros:

La vista de la ciudad es hermosa, muy limpio y súper silencioso. La comida en el rooftop más la vista valen mucho la pena

Cons:

La máquina expendedora de hielo no servía más que en el piso 1 y 4, solo uno de los elevadores funcionaba y tardamos mucho para poder subir o bajar, tenías que esperar porque las escaleras de emergencia estaban cerradas

Save your money and get a hotel out of the area
Pros:

Booked a room with a "city view". The veiw was a basic building and 7tha floor. NO VIEW of the city. Parking is a joke. Pay $3/h. Pay $20 for 12h. Wich you moat likely have to take it out at 4am and park on street. Orrrr pay $52 for valet.. found later street parking 10pm to 8am is free. Staff does NOT mention that. It was a nice place and all but nothing fancy for the price. Oh and the ac in the room sucked. Set at 68 ran all day and night and was a fan if anything.

Parking. Ac in room. Not that fancy for the price. Bums and junkies bent over all over down town.
