Location, size, and amenities. Lots of room for my family of 3.
The bedrooms needed cabinets or shelves to put our belongings on. There was very little counter space in the bathrooms. Shelves or a small multi tier table would have been helpful.

The staff here was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the assistance I needed. During a typhoon warning, they ensured that extra water, a water tank, and a light were distributed. The room was clean and funtional, and the shower heater kept the water at a perfect temperature. I would absolutely stay here again!
The parking situation is rough, even for Japan. There is not enough room for everyone to park safely in every designated spot. The only other negative I can think of is not having a shelf or anywhere to store clothes.
This hotel was absolutely magical! Located just a five-minute walk from the sea wall, it offers spectacular views from the third floor and above, while still being close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and readily accessible taxis for a quick trip to American Village. The room itself made traveling a breeze, featuring ultra-comfortable beds and pillows, a grand bathroom, and a spacious layout complete with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and incredibly convenient in-room laundry.

Everything was perfect! I had to change my check out to one day earlier and they were super nice to give me a refund!
The meal coupon are also great as they are in the best local restaurant! If you want to dive or/and surf this location is perfect!
Of course everything was super clean and the room very spacious! Would definitely go back!
They clean room only 3/4 days which is totally fine but also they don't come to take out the trash or give new towels.. I also didn't ask for it, but if I have to find something this could be something to improve. Minor thing though!

This place was ok - it didn't look like any of the advertised pictures though. The apartments are very industrial. I did have a kitchenette & laundry in the room which was great. It was also clean - it was ok for a night. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from the American Village - it does have parking but was busy. The staff were friendly & helped me check in
It was little too industrial for me (I wish they has put pictures of the actual rooms) & a bit far out from the American Village
