The worst hotel experience I’ve had. Will not be using this again

Basic Affordable Stay - Inspect Your Unit Immediately for Prior Damages!
Pros:

Bedroom separate from living area. Washer and dryer present.

Cons:

Rude General Manager, Kat Moore. Leaking washer, television in living room did not work, and not shampoo/conditioner rack in shower. The apartment was worn-out with stains on furniture.

Honestly a great option with a great staff and that’s all I could ever want!
Pros:

Have not tried the breakfast, but the staff is why I keep staying there and will always come to them when needing to book a place to stay in Charlotte. All of u guys need a raise! I really appreciate what u each have done for us and the manner in which u do it in! 10 stars!!!

Cons:

The price could be a little cheaper but I honestly can’t complain about that!

Employees at this property need to more diligent with maintaining the integrity of this establishment.
Pros:

The property was close to all the attractions we visited.

Cons:

I did not like that our family’s room was not ready upon arrival. We had to switch rooms. There was no heat in the room, so a maintenance man came in and fixed the issue, which was short-lived because the same issue arose again and my family and I had to move to another room.

Pros:

Everything was very nice I really love the freaking coffee bar, the fire pits oh dont let me forget, the fireplace with the 2 propane grills. Freaking Awesome! The room was absolutely Everything and so much more.I Recommend 10/10 The staff is amazing as well.

The General Manager was complete rude to me and not very understanding to customers needs at all
Pros:

I liked that the property has a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms

Cons:

The staff was rude… the rooms weren’t that clean especially the dining room chairs and the living room sofa was filthy. The floors still had food on them there was a broom at the front desk but no mop to use in the facility so our floors was sticky
