部屋が広かったとこ

Cons:

入口ドア施錠の機器の電池切れ解錠されなくて、子連れで夜間の出来事で連絡先も分かりづらいし本当に不愉快だった

I would love to stay again, we had everything to enjoy our stay at this apartment.
Pros:

Suprisingly great and spacious apartment. I adore the simple and well-styled rooms. The price is great for the stay. I find it convenient for more than 2 people to share this apartment (we stayed as a couple).

Another great detail is a free washing machine (easy to use) with everything what you might need equipped in the shower room. The apartment also had a space for cooking or storing food which is also cool. I was suprised that the apartment had a spacious balcony as well.

It was really quiet and the neighbourhood is nice. A little walk to the nearest metro station (5-7 min) is fine.

To sum up, my expectations were lower and I really loved the stay. Would come again!!!

Cons:

It was cold during the stay. It was kind of hard to warm up the rooms (we didn't understand the instruction for the AC) in december.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped room.
Pros:

Loved that it was one room per floor, felt more private. Had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly when communicating and we really appreciated the earlier access to our room after such a long journey.

Cons:

Only thing I missed was having some comfier seating i.e. a couch etc. Otherwise everything was fab!

Located near the subway and bus station. It has complete amenities.

Room feels cramped if luggages are open.
The water takes time to heat.

Best place in Tokyo
Pros:

Very clean, surprisingly quiet place for 3 people. Enough room to have a little privacy. All the amenities were thought of: hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo/cond, silverware, tea kettle, extra converters, instructions for everything in the extensive house manual, etc.

Cons:

No luggage storage option

Amplio alojamiento con camas cómodas :)
Pros:

El alojamiento estaba muy amplio y privado, la zona estaba tranquila y había buenos restaurantes cerca para desayunar. Cumplió con todas las amenidades que se anunciaban, muy buen precio.

Cons:

Estaba un poco lejos de la estación de tren más cercana, no mucho pero al terminar de turistear sí se siente cansado regresar.

No personal human touch or service
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

No human to help or talk to at check in or at any time of our stay and we had issues and I emailed several times and got zero response terrible. We needed to use the dryer and could not figure it out, no soft drink or water or snack machines, no one you could contact for help no flexibility with ck in or out times

Pros:

Geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist auf das minimal notwendige reduziert, aber funktional. Die eigene Waschmaschine im Apartment war sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Unser Apartment war im 1. Stock und daher etwas dunkel und die Straße recht laut. Das ist in den höheren Etagen sicher besser. Ansonsten ein ruhiges Haus.
