One time visit. Nice suite, but slow check-in. Disappointing TV viewing. Lack of utensils.
Pros:

The suite was very nice.

Cons:

Slowest check-in I've ever experienced. Very limited TV selection. Just basic TV schedule. No premium channels offered or available. First experience of this in a hotel, especially a fairly new property. No eating utensils. Dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, but no eating utensils. Will probably not stay here again.

I really like the room layout. Having a sitting area was a nice way to relax and enjoy the evening. Bed was comforatabe

Cons:

There was a room occupancy detector. It kept turning off the light in the sitting area. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on every 10 minutes or so

Pros:

All the staff were very nice and polite. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and smelled like fresh linen. The cleaning crew was respectful and polite as I walked down the hallway. Another employee helped me in the elevator as I kept getting off on the wrong floor. She told me that God might be trying to tell me not to go out for dinner. I should have listened to her because I got sick that night from what I ate.

Cons:

The coffee cups were small and the portions of eggs but out for breakfast disappeared fast.

Pros:

Location and value were good. Free breakfast added to the decision to select hotel.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

This was the most enjoyable stay on our 5 day trip! We lamented that we had to endure the next place in CT. Everything was new and clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a drive off the I-81 in the snow, but was worth it! Especially, because it is a nice place and near a great dining spot called Watershed Pub! We will definitely make this our next overnight stay on our way further north to CT.

Uncomfortable stay and i felt unsafe.
Pros:

It’s near to some food restaurants, coffee, and hospital

Cons:

1. Staff was unprofessional, esp the front desk they should be hospitable to their guests.

2. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There is blood stain in bedsheets. Paper towel is not refilled in the bathroom.

3. Someone entered our room without permission and upon calling the front desk they said at first that they didn’t know that someone is inside and that it’s their mistake. I believe that it’s unsafe for the guest/ future guests to encounter this kind of incident. Every staff should knock first before even entering the room. I felt unsafe during that time.
