Room was clean, quite, and roomy. Staff was nice we checked in very late.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having a couch and comfortable chair snd two tv sets was a plus. Beds are comfortable and clean. It’s a pleasant place to stay
We stay here frequently and the desk staff are always polite and respectful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Some of the housekeeping staff could be nicer. This was the first time one of them were inconsiderate. All other times, they were wonderful.

Staff was nice and the room size was nice to have the extra space. The beds were very comfortable. Having a bathroom with two sinks and extra counter space was also nice.
Although I got a queen size bed as requested I was assigned a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. Which was not accommodating when you have 2 toddlers and need a tub. I was also told it was the last room although I made the reservation months ago. Very disappointed in that.
Also there were a couple stains on the wall that looked like food or something that was unpleasant to look at

Check in, even though it was after midnight and no one else was there, took longer than anticipated. There was a ton of clickity clack clickity clack with the keyboard and no idea why. 6 pages of a novel 🤣
