The suite was roomy. It had a room with a sofa and chair with hassocks to put your feet up. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Both rooms had a flat screen tv.
The tub and toilet were in a separate room from the double sinks and counter.
The suite was tastefully decorated with amble room to place your belongings.
It was probably the best hotel room I’ve ever had. And the price was a bargain probably because there was only one left and we booked last minute.
It had sleeted overnight and the parking lot was very slippery. The walkway was treacherous. It should have been salted. I walked on the grass as I was afraid to fall on the walkway.
The most comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows I have ever slept on.
breakfast was pretty good. Would have been nice to have bananas.
Easy to find and the accessibility and amount of parking was perfect.
Nothing
Very clean, great room, super comfortable bed and pillows, quiet.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Location only 4 miles from farm show complex and easy to get to. Loved that there is a Sheetz right across the street too. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet had good selection.
Was outdated and shower didn't have good pressure
It was very clean and nice for the price
I was traveling with my teenage daughter, her boyfriend and her female friend. I booked a double room with pull out so girls could sleep in one bed, me in another and him on the pullout. When we got there they gave me a single king and told me they ran out of rooms yet still charging me the same. Trying to figure out appropriate sleeping arrangements in this circumstance was nearly impossible. This was during the Farm Show so finding a different hotel was not an option.
The man working behind the counter was nice but zero effort to help us, for example he didn't offer any extra bedding or a roll out bed and when I asked he said he "didn't think" they had any. Even a sincere apology would have guilted me into not writing a poor review but we didn't even get that.
Over booking tells me this hotel has no regard for its customers as long as they get your money. Luckily I was traveling with teens that can sleep anywhere but they still shouldn't have to be required to sleep on a nasty hotel floor. I wouldn't even want my dog to have to do that!
I really like the room layout. Having a sitting area was a nice way to relax and enjoy the evening. Bed was comforatabe
There was a room occupancy detector. It kept turning off the light in the sitting area. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on every 10 minutes or so
The suite was very nice.
Slowest check-in I've ever experienced. Very limited TV selection. Just basic TV schedule. No premium channels offered or available. First experience of this in a hotel, especially a fairly new property. No eating utensils. Dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, but no eating utensils. Will probably not stay here again.
Staff were polite and professional. The facility was clean.
The shower lacked a shower curtain.
All good
Windows screwed shut
Location and value were good. Free breakfast added to the decision to select hotel.
Room could have been better maintained. Shower was cracked along with a couple of bathroom tiles.
Clean.
All the staff were very nice and polite. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and smelled like fresh linen. The cleaning crew was respectful and polite as I walked down the hallway. Another employee helped me in the elevator as I kept getting off on the wrong floor. She told me that God might be trying to tell me not to go out for dinner. I should have listened to her because I got sick that night from what I ate.
The coffee cups were small and the portions of eggs but out for breakfast disappeared fast.
Clean comfortable
This was the most enjoyable stay on our 5 day trip! We lamented that we had to endure the next place in CT. Everything was new and clean and comfortable.
It’s a bit of a drive off the I-81 in the snow, but was worth it! Especially, because it is a nice place and near a great dining spot called Watershed Pub! We will definitely make this our next overnight stay on our way further north to CT.
