Clean and kind of close to everything

Cons:

Laundry facilities cost more money. We are paying for the room and full use of hotel, why pay for extra service like laundry. Doesn’t cost to work out or eat but to clean clothes gotta pay for? Now I’ve never used a laundry service before in a hotel, so honestly not sure what it’s like in other hotels, but to me it’s kind of weird. That’s like pay for the room, but cost $1.50 to use the shower in your room kind of thing. Wanna get clean pay more lol.

Cons:

Front desk employee was slow. Waited 30 min to check in. 10-15 per person. Was not helpful getting bedding for the pullout couch.

Very clean, friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. I didn't really have time to take advantage of the amenities (workout room, 'computer center'.

Cons:

The speed of the wifi was pretty bad, but that's not a surprise... I've never been in a hotel where the internet speed is acceptable

The breakfast was bland (and as I was there on the weekend, it wasn't available until 7:00am), but the staff serving the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful
