Pros:

The room is spacious and the staff are great. I've always enjoyed staying here. It's right near the university.

Cons:

No bathtub but that was okay.

The location across from the stadium was terrific. The decorations in the lobby was also fantastic.

Cons:

The room TVs in the hotel did not get any stations during our two day stay. The staff explained it was a problem with an antenna.

Front desk was helpfull, breakfast was late, room was ok. Property’s side doors did NOT unlock with our digital key - requiring us to carry heavy cooler taking to our room! And $4.00 per night parking fee - that’s a called Nickel and diming!

It was okay, but not what I expect from a Marriott property. We had multiple towels with holes, frays, or tears. We had a reservation for three people, and had a room with a couch pullout, but no sheets or blankets for the pullout. The hotel also apparently “ran out” of pillows, which is interesting. So, even after we went down to the front desk for the sheets and blankets, there were no pillows for the pullout. Would be difficult to consider returning to this property.
