FANTASTIC Hotel!
Pros:

I rate this Hotel THE best in Llandudno, and I have stayed in quite a few over the years! It is usually possible to get (free) parking at the side of the building, I have never had to pay. The Hotel is clean with small lift to all floors and breath taking views from the front of the building. My room (superior double) was on the first floor and resembled a small apartment. the only disappointment was that the Health and Safety brigade had made it virtually impossible for the Hotel to make the balconies available. What a surprise! The Bed was comfortable and bay window with chairs and table and a beautiful view made for a great stay. The separate Bathroom had a good bath and was spotlessly clean. I haven't eaten an evening meal here (yet) but the Breakfast was fantastic. Buffet style, fresh and tasty cooked food (I turned up at 8.00 am at the beginning of Breakfast), Staff always pleasant and helpful. The Dining Room is massive and eating breakfast overlooking the Bay was a sheer delight. There's even a Newsagent just around the corner. Check in was easy and quick (they take your card details, just in case) and it's a short walk to the Venue Cymru, as it is to most of Llandudno's many attractions. I can recommend HOME COOKING at the top end of the High Street near to the Tram Station. I will be going for my third stay in July (two nights) and look forward to another great stay. The road outside is busy during the day, but it's quite at night. It's a VERY large Hotel but the downstairs lounges have an intimate feeling and they're very comfortable. Yes, it's an old building, that's part of its charm, but I couldn't find fault and don't agree that it is in any need of TLC! Great hotel.

Nice stay at the Seafront
Pros:

Hi All, we were staying here for the Victorian Extravaganza weekend, check in was slow, most of the guests waiting outside the hotel for a while and after a long and protacted
journey, people were getting stressed. Our room was OK, clean linen, beds comfy, and toilet area clean. Breakfasts were good, dinners were OK, portions on the small side. All staff were nice and helpfull, and we had a good stay. The gardens at the front of the hotel are in need of some TLC, sitting provision outside is generally poor, but could be made welcoming for not a lot. Yes the hotel is tired, but so are a lot of the hotels on the prom, Seafront is trying to improve and that can only be good, l hope they take on board my comments on the outside area as first impressions are important.

Super Sea View Stay at The Seafront Hotel
Pros:

Firstly the staff very friendly helpful and polite, especially Skarleth and Helena. They were all very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was very nice, cooked and continental on offer. Excellent time too up to 10.00am which is so nice when you are on holiday. The Sea view is very good, there are two lounges and a bar and a ballroom. A lift which is a great benefit with mobility issues. The hotel is also pet friendly so our little Shih Tzu dog Pearl had a great time too. Charge per day applies for a pet. If you aquire a space in their small car park there is a charge per day.
We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely go back.

Cons:

We had a bedroom on the second floor and there was no bedside table on one side of the bed. This was very inconvenient we mentioned it to Skarleth who explained they are renewing the whole hotel and working their way through.
The mattress was too hard for us but that is a personal preference to each person. The garden at the front needed mowing and tidying so that it would be possible to sit at the seats.

Pros:

The fact it was on the aeafront

Cons:

It was like a maze trying to find the room, which was very small. The floor creaked incessantly. The toiletries were bad as they were not attached to the wall..
Would not return

One of the very best hotels in Llandudno.
Pros:

Room 100 feels more like an apartment! Right on the front of the Hotel, both clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious. I have stayed at various hotels in Llandudno and this is the best. It's also relatively easy to park and very near the Venue Cymru. A short stroll and you are in the town. Very comfortable bar area and lots of space.

Cons:

The Balcony was closed off, not the fault of the Hotel, but those spoilsports in the Health and Safety Industry. Water pressure was a little low, but it's an old building.
