Terrible place, don't stay
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the staff were really friendly

Cons:

Yikes, what a dive! It's damp, shabby, unclean, unkept, and smelly. The walls were bubbling and peeling away due to damp. The windows didn't close. The walls are paper thin meaning you can hear everyone and everything. The shower was a dribble, and either scalding hot or freezing cold. Everything smelt of damp. The desks and cabinets were damaged. The electric sockets weren't fixed to the walls.
The breakfast was okay, and the staff were really lovely. But none of that makes up for how awful the rest of it is.
The views were of dead pigeons and tiles falling from the roof.

Great seafront location
Pros:

Sea view from our bedroom and very close to venue Cymru. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The room decor was a little dated. The corridors would benefit from redecoration. However this wasn't a problem - particularly given the low price.

Lovely sea view
Pros:

The location is fabulous as it's right on the prom and near the Venue Cymru. Loads of shops, bars and café's within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was standard for the price and the sea view was just what I needed to wake up to!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the beds weren't to our liking really as they were little lopsided but not to an extent we felt worth complaining about for one night. If we were staying longer, we might have mentioned it. The bathroom is on the small side and there's no space between the toilet and shower, a little awkward. Given the size of the bathroom, not much else could be done about that apart from a smaller shower.
