The location and the price.
The people in the next room were so loud andkept me awake all night. Not the hotels fault.
Ideal location ..wasn't expecting the ritz..Nice and clean and cheap
Bed wasn't comfy and draft from window ...
Staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Extremely good value for money.
The hotel is a little dated cosmetically, but you can't really complain for the price. A very minor con!
A relação qualidade/preço é muito boa, eu pedi quarto com vista para o mar e o quarto era bastante confortável e ainda deixam chaleira e cafeteria
A limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor e a água do chuveiro não tinha muita pressão
Location and helpful staff
Clean bed linen and towels .
Our room was below street level on the front and most windows were rotten and dirty . (See photos) We couldn't open curtains while we were in as passers by could see in , the blinds had been dismantled! The room stink fishy even though we had the room ventilated all day. The tray had 2 teabags sugar and milk, that's it. We left the following day! Awful
Breakfast met all expectations , very good.
resterant not open in evening only pizza option. if i had know before i booked i wouldnt have booked.
Cold draft through the closed window in my room , enough to move the closed curtains.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
EVERYTHING!!!
DO NOT BOTHER!
Safe to say we will not be booking to stay here again. We arrived at the hotel, no parking available at the front or rear of the hotel after we spoke to the receptionist on the phone earlier in the week who assured us there was little to no bookings, so the car park would be empty. Upon arrival we checked into the hotel, gave my card details for the stay. We went up to the room and it was beyond FILTHY!!! From dirty marks on the soap dispenser (they hadn’t even wiped it down), marks and dirt on the toilet seat, a carpet that looked like it had been through war, a shower door that didn’t close, a bed where the second you sat on it you could feel the bed base underneath you and the white pillows covered in black marks. Continuing on, COBWEBS on the window that have clearly been there a while (not even dusted away), BUGS ON THE MIRROR AND ALL IN THE ROOM, curtain that was falling off the curtain pole so couldn’t shut them properly, SOMEONE ELSES HAIR on the bedsheet and desk, marks and dirt in PLASTIC CUPS, aswell as bits of rubbish in the wardrobe. Safe to say we were disgusted. Left the hotel about 10 minutes later and made the 4 hour trip home, after already doing that 4 hour trip to get there same day. (that’s how bad it was). The hotel offered a refund when we left, no questions asked so I believe this has happened previously and is more than likely a common issue. If anything I feel like we should be compensated for our wasted fuel after believing this hotel would be a nice weekend away. What a serious disappointment. I’d give 0 stars if I could, I’ve gave 2 stars for the service as refund was offered no questions asked, but seriously, don’t even bother. Don’t get me wrong, we’re your average people, we didn’t expect 5 star rooms when we booked however the basic expectation is for the room to be clean. THATS THE BARE MINIMUM. And this hotel didn’t even meet that. Save your money and either stay at home or book somewhere that values cl
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and cooked ok, toast cereal fruit etc all good unlimited food and tea and coffee
It was adequate for the price, on the front, Seaview room and great for us we were going to a concert at the venue cymru which was a 10minute walk
Nothing. We didn’t stay at all, we left hours after check in as the place was filthy and smelt bad. The room was in disrepair and in need of complete refurbishment
It was dirty. The bed sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed. Stains all over the carpet. Windows were filthy and when sat on the mattress you could feel all the springs. We didn’t end up staying. We walked out and drove 7 hours home
Rooms were ok for an old Victorian building, friendly enough staff
Bed was one of the worst I slept on for springs, one of the electric sockets was broken in room, room cold, breakfast was average, except got a banana & was brown under skin, stay average for somewhere overnight for price
