The hotel was fine, bathroom was very spacious which I like. There was a separate small area for getting ready which helped when someone was in the shower.
The room we has was small and there were stained hand prints all over the wall. I tried to clean them with the cleaner that was left in our room with no luck. The beds are not very comfortable and there isn't a lot of lighting. I did feel like it was off not close to anything that was going on. We paid extra for the breakfast and on Sunday the kitchen is closed. We asked for a refund for that day, hopefully that happens.
The staff was amazing! From the front desk, security, bartender, and everyone we came in contact with! Friendly and so helpful

The parking was not how it says online. It says they provide parking for a fee but they don’t tell you it is limited. If they run out of spots you park across the street in a public lot that costs $15 more. They should state this on their website!

We had a short but great stay at the Cambria, Louisville. Not only does it have great facilities, pool, Gym,self service laundry, it is a great location for the distilleries, restaurants and bars. But the highlight of the trip was how well we were looked after by Renee. A warm welcome at check-in and great local knowledge and advice on how to make the most of our stay.
So close to everything we wanted! It was just an easy walk to basically anything you’d want to see downtown.
It’s hard to figure out how to get inside? The lock everything up so you have to have a key to get in the front door. It’s great that it feels safe but we did get a tad confused for a bit.
This was an extremely secure hotel & it was very convenient to where I had an appointment
It was in the heart of downtown “Whiskey Row” and within walking distance of literally everything! The view from our room was amazing too!

Room size was good and bed was comfortable.
Parking instructions and location of check in desk should be more laid out on the website. It was rather confusing and difficult to enter the building. An employee on break had to tell us how to access the building since there are security doors that require a room key that we didn't have yet. The keypad to push for entry was not marked well.
