Comfortable beds. Clean and spacious rooms. Private parking. Good downtown location while still being quiet and somewhat secluded. Nice pool. Very nice front desk/lobby area with a bar/restaurant along with a wide variety of snacks that could be purchased. Nice staff.

Cons:

The bathroom sliding door design had a large gap in the hinge which caused there to be very little privacy in the bathroom. There were no trash bags for the one trashcan in the room. There was quite limited parking, though it was private and only $22/night instead of the $40+ elsewhere. You do have to pay extra to have breakfast/dinner included in your stay (which isn’t too crazy but something to note.)

Welcoming and Relaxing
Pros:

Our stay was perfect. Our son uses a wheelchair and I always contact a location before we visit to find out about accessibility, etc, and the staff at the Cambria were so sweet. They had a special surprise for my son in our room, which really made him feel welcome. The room itself was huge, clean, and so quiet! The entire hotel felt safe and comfortable and every single staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. We were within walking distance to many places that we wanted to visit, including the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory Tour.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. The carpet and couch in our room was not clean. The beds were very comfortable

Nice hotel in a great location with poor housekeeping
Cons:

The shower had not been cleaned. There was long black hair all over the shower and a dental floss pick left in the shower by the previous guest. So it apparently was not cleaned. And it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Absolutely a 20 out of 10!
Pros:

I put in a request when booking , simple, just some extra pillows. When checking in she informed me my request had been taken care of. She was very sweet and offered to call in the morning to make sure we were up to pay the parking meter or move our vehicle. Very comfortable room!

Good Location
Pros:

Close enough so we could park the car and walk everywhere. Renee at the front desk was amazing, and deserves all the things!

Cons:

A little confusing to check in, desk was on the second floor so it took a little figuring out to get it, but we did. The main problem I have with this hotel is, it's noisy, there seems to be very little insulation between floors, there is a constant stomping. Other than that, very nice.
