Cons:

入住办理慢，且最后押金也没退回，我用的是借记卡，即debit card，入住时收了我真金白银200加币的押金，退房时居然不给退，要我自己找银行处理

Pros:

A good variety of foods. Sausages were not to our liking but that is just our personal taste. Maybe another waffle iron or a pancake maker would be nice. Line up was long for the waffles

The hotel has good facilities, but the poor service significantly detracted from the overall guest experience.
Pros:

The bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

1)During breakfast, we stayed at the table to chat with our friends after finishing our meal. We hadn’t realized that other guests were waiting for a table. We understand the need to make seats available for other guests and would have been happy to leave if we had been politely reminded.

However, a staff member approached us in a rude and confrontational manner, criticized us for sitting too long, and told us to clear our own dishes and leave immediately. We were disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. A simple, polite reminder would have been enough.

2) I contacted the hotel with a question after making my booking through Booking.com, but I never received a response. Better communication with guests would have improved the experience.

The hot tub at this hotel was extremely dirty, with a thick layer of white foam floating on the surface of the water.

In addition, the hotel is very environmentally unfriendly. All the plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery used in the breakfast area are disposable, which creates an unnecessary amount of waste.
