Excellent central location with everything close by. The hotel was very convenient, and the accommodation was comfortable and relaxing. Would stay here again

Perfect location, very clean and well equipped apartment. Walking distance from bus and train stations. Recommended.

Good functional place, if a little soulless. Comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Wish there was real shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and enough coffee in the kitchen for the full stay. Was also a little too pricey.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, just a short walk from the city center. I would gladly stay here again.

la habitación tenia un olor muy fuerte a tabaco .
y cada día el olor era más fuerte, incluso con olor a comida de otros pisos.
esto venía del sistema de ventilación principal interno del piso.
he enviado muchos mensajes, solicitando un cambio de apartamento, informando que soy asmático y que tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta 2 noches.
trás la no solución tuve que irme antes y buscar un otro hotel. ya que no he podido dormir.

it is a good option to visit Votoria, its close to the downtown and overall was a good experience, cheers!

En general bastante buena. No tenía claro el funcionamiento del hotel pero me adapte rápido, tema contraseñas de entrada al edificio y puerta de habitación. Algunos detalles menores que fueron resueltos por el personal de inmediato. Así que estoy conforme. Buena ubicación, tiene un supermercado en la planta baja y conseguí en donde aparcar sin problemas.

Well equipped, clean flats. Check-in code system worked smoothly. Communication emails were clear and timely. Underground parking is right next door - quite small / tight spaces as expected but ok.
Breakfast at the cafe across the road was good and as described. The staff there were friendly.

Checkin indredibly complicated

Muy mala experiencia el no tener recepción, ante un problema tuvimos que llamar a una centralita esperar 20’ y volver a llamar porque no vino nadie a solucionarlo…

El apartahotel está fenomenal, limpio, bien ubicado, etc.
Como único comentario constructivo para mi gusto seria que en el sofa cama dejasen tambien una colcha o nórdico, ya que la primera

1 night visit as driving from Portugal to UK with a friend and my 2 dogs. The apartment was perfect. Booking was easy, access was easy. The location was great for us as we were not visiting the area, just needed a bed, however we did walk the dogs and found some beautiful sites before bed. We would stay again, and woudl recommend for people travelling with pets.
