Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays from mid-October to first of December . We do not serve half board during this period.

Un séjour de rêve mémorable
Pros:

Séjour des plus agréables à cet ĥôtel, grâce à la gentillesse du personnel et à la qualité de l'accueil. Sa localisation au coeur de la charmante ville de Pontresina, pas très loin de la gare, et avec des nombreuses possibilités de randonnées tout autour, est idéale. Nous avons opté pour prendre le repas du soir au restaurant de l'ĥôtel (formule demie-pension) et nous y avons fait un excellent repas. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi de bonne qualité.

Very comfortable stay and good value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Great location close to bus stop and 15 min walk to main train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was good. Good value for money and would stay again if I am back to the area.

Pros:

Gostei basicamente de tudo, mas especialmente do servico do Adriano que foi muito amavel e eficiente connosco.
A suite onde ficamos era muito espaçosa e bem mobilada.

Cons:

Apenas sugiro que o pequeno almoco seja melhorado, tem uma excelente seleccao de pratos frios, mas inclusao de pratos quentes como ovos mexidos, por exemplo, seria benefica.

Perfektes, charmantes Hotel mitten in Pontresina.
Pros:

Es war super. Grosses Zimmer gegen den Innenhof. Sehr ruhig, sauber. Täglich wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Schönes Restaurant, toller Frühstücksbereich sowie gemütliche, moderne Bar und sonnige Terasse. Spa ist klein aber fein. Das Personal war super höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass der Bergbahnenpass kostenlos mitdabei war und wir Tickets fürs nahegelegene Hallenbad erhielten. Die Busstation ist nur 5min vom Hotel entfernt - man gelengt von dort überall hin.

We are very satisfied with our stay and truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality
Pros:

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile. We were also delighted that the hotel provided us with a transfer service several times, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated such kindness and hospitality.
