Příjemný pobyt
Pros:

Ubytovani se nachází v krátké dojezdové vzdálenosti k zajímavým aktivitám. Pokoj menší ale naprosto dostačující, čistý a hezky.
Wellness příjemně překvapilo ☺️

Cons:

Na pokoji chyběla klimatizace, ale naštěstí bylo počasí takové že jsme se bez ní obešli.
WiFi nám na pokoji spíše nefungovala než fungovala.
Ale co pro nás bylo zklamání, a to masáže na které jsme se snažili objednat několikrát. Nejdříve po e-mailové komunikaci kdy bylo odpovězeno, že stačí v den příjezdu. Tak jsme to zkusili ihned při příjezdu a po několikaminutovém telefonickém rozhovoru P. Recepcni a P. Masérky jsme pochopili, že pro P.maserku by to bylo na obtíž. Tak jsme to zkusili nasledujci den kde to vypadalo , že to dopadne nakonec nám z hotelu později volali a zrušili masáž.

Wygodnie łóżko, fajny prysznic, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, duża ilość darmowych kosmetyków w pokoju, duży parking na terenie obiektu ,

Cons:

Personel hotelu słabo rozumiał i mówił po Polsku, basen i sauna - 2h darmowe- nie było sprawdzanie ani kontrolowane,przez co,jedna rodzina siedziska tam cały czas, klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działa

הבריכה מצוינת ומרעננת, האדיבות של הצוות, מיטות נוחות, מים חמים, חניה חינם, מיקום מעולה, סה"כ מלון מצוין.

אין מזגן בחדרים !!!
כשעשינו צ'ק אאוט הבחור בקבלה אמר שאם היינו מבקשים אולי היינו מקבלים חדר עם מזגן ואולי מאוורר. באמת ? הרי מייד כשהגענו ניגשתי לקבלה ואמרתי כי ממש חם והבחורה אמרה שהיא מצטערת.
ארוחת בוקר- הארוחה בינונית ומטה, אין ביצים, ואין באמת מבחר. אני הסתדרתי והיה לי טעים אבל אשתי, לא .

V těchto tropických dnech nám chyběla na pokoji klimatizace. Museli jsme si koupí větrák, ale v normálních klimatických podmínkách by nebylo co vytknout

Nice location, great breakfast, fine saunas.

Cons:

Smallish indoor pool, no clear protocols for the sauna and pool area contributed to a loud party atmosphere at the wellness pool.

Caution! Upon departure we were asked for $50 per night in additional “taxes”. This contributed to a mark down in value.

There was a loud wedding on Saturday until 4 am and the cleanup work went on until 5:30 am.

Geen airconditioning, eten was ok maar niet bijzonder
Pros:

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Airconditioning deed het niet, werd ook geen oplossing geboden of een andere kamer. Het eten was ok, weinig en niet bijzonder. Wellness alleen op afspraak, terwijl het heel erg rustig was.
