Fantastické večere pozdvihli tento hotel na vyššiu úroveň, skvelý kuchár, klobúk dole. Príjemný personál. Veľmi čistá a voňavá izba.

Cons:

V noci a nadránom nás budila klimatizácia aj napriek tomu, že sme si ju nepúsťali, pravdepodobne sa spúšťala niekde na chodbe a v našej izbe to vydávalo strašidelné zvuky 🫣

The hotel is comfortable and well located, but unfortunately the overall service was disappointing.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location, with nice facilities and a pleasant terrace area. We enjoyed some aspects of our stay, but unfortunately the overall experience was affected by several service issues and inconsistent communication from the staff.

Cons:

We stayed in Wellness Hotel Demanova for 5 nights as a family of four. The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately the service was disappointing.
** Housekeeping was quite superficial, and we often had to ask for fresh towels. Room cleaning also comes with an additional fee.
** During the Italian evening, different staff members gave us completely different information about ordering drinks and sitting on the terrace, which was confusing.
** The final disappointment was at check-out. Our child accidentally broke an empty drinking glass, and we immediately informed reception. No charge was mentioned at the time. At check-out, we were charged €15 for the glass. We later contacted the hotel director about it but received no response!
** The SPA also has limited access and must be booked in advance. The SPA area was also smaller than we expected from the photos. What is presented as a pool looks more like a large jacuzzi in reality.
** Overall, we found the communication inconsistent and the service below what we expected from a 4 stars hotel of this standard.
