Die Lage war zentral sind durch die Autobahn gut erreichbar. Das Eckzimmer war sehr geräumig. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei

Joyful and good.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was really nice and quite. Overall it was joyful.

Perfekt für unsere Pläne, gute Betten. Schade ist, dass es nur ein Handtuch pro Gast gibt, nicht einmal ein Händehandtuch zu zweit.

Cons:

Zum postulierten Nachhaltigkeitsansatz passt es jetzt zB weniger, dass die Zahnputzbecher aus Pappe und in Kunststoff -Folieeingepackt sind.

A very disappointing stay due to poor customer service and basic maintenance issues.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location, and the room was generally clean.

Cons:

The customer service was very disappointing. The reception staff member wearing a green shirt was extremely rude and showed no proper customer-service attitude. He appeared completely unaware of how to deal with guests professionally. On top of that, the bathroom basin was not draining properly, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
