Pros:

I forgot the young lady at the front desk name, she worked 3-11 pm. but she was very friendly and professional. I was by myself going to a concert and she took my pictures. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Whenever in the area I would stay here again.

Cons:

Il check in Un disastro. Stavano cambiano il sistema operativo e non trovavano una camera per noi all’uno della notte . Siamo anche stati addebitati due volte per una camera. I direttori , tutte e due, sono stati bravissimi comunque cercando di rimediare dopo l’evento . Le persone al reception un po poco professionali invece .

Over all, the stay was great! The bed was comfortable! Breakfast was okay.
Pros:

Very nice and clean! Smelled great!

Cons:

The sink drained really slow in the bathroom and the soap holder was not tight on the wall so the soap kept falling off In to the floor. We put a rag in the soap holder to keep the soap from sliding. There could be more hooks to hang towels and more than one soap holder in the shower.

Book your room!
Pros:

Arrived to the hotel and no reservations were found BUT the super great team invested their time to resolve the situation since we booked through a third party. Who knew that would be an issue! A huge thanks to team Jessica and Ebony to manage the situation and we were in our hotel room quickly! Our room was super clean, beautiful and very modern. The bed was sooo comfy and allowed for a great sleep! I’d book there again. Thank you again for your help ladies!!!!
