Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Frühstück nur bis 9.00 viel zu kurz.
The assistant general manager here is the most unprofessional Marriot employee I have ever experienced. Her hostility, disrespect, and threatening mannerisms deterred me from staying here. Usually, Marriot has top notch customer service so this surprised me. I am also surprised
that Marriot allows her to be the face of their establishment. Such a disgrace.

It was pristine! I asked the desk clerk how old the property was at checkout because it seemed brand new and was shocked to learn it is five years old! The room was very comfortable. Location was great for us after attending an event at the Performing Arts Center at the collesium, a short walking distance away.
I was disappointed that there is not an ice machine on every floor and just one on the main floor that is all the way at the end of the hall. We were really hot after being out in the 100° weather, so wanted ice. Walking to each end of the hallways on our floor in search of an ice machine, then having to go to the main floor was aggrivating. Truly this was the only issue we had. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Charleston.
The room was really clean and comfortable.
It was well kept and easy parking
Proximity to the coliseum/convention center is ideal. We were visiting for a concert there, and the venue is within walking distance — across the parking lot!
Can’t think of anything
My friend and I had tickets for the Barry Manilow concert at the convention center and chose this hotel to stay the night. The hotel is a very short walk from the venue — out a side door, across a small parking lot and cross one street, all well-lit during the walk back after the concert.
The hotel was clean and nicely furnished, breakfast buffet generous, and all the stay super friendly and helpful. Also easy to get to from I-26, would definitely stay there again!
Highly recommend this SpringHill Suites location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Terrific location if attending N Charleston Coliseum which is located a very short walk right behind hotel. My husband & I had a great over night stay. Will definitely book here again when attending events at Coliseum & NCPAC.
Jeg har betalt på booking.com før jeg kom til hotellet. Jeg ble derfor overasket over at jeg måtte betale på nytt, når jeg ankom hotellet. Jeg forsøkte å forklare at jeg hadde allerede betalt, men damen i resepsjonen klarte ikke å finne betalingen. Resepsjonen viste liten vilje til å løse problemet etter gjentatte forsøk. Jeg har fortsatt ikke fått svar fra hotellet etter en uke. Booking.com har heller ikke kommet med en løsning.
