Pros:

L’espace piscine très agréable ainsi que le jardin.

Cons:

Pas d’eau dans la chambre sachant que l’on ne peut pas boire l’eau du robinet, les hôtels précédents avec moins d’étoiles nous mettaient à disposition de l’eau tous les jours ainsi que du café ou thé en chambre, en fait il n’y avait rien ! le petit déjeuner est à 8h30 et peu de choix.
Literie très vieillissante.
Bref ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la visita alle rovine
Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visita alle rovine, 5 minuti di auto, e per vicinanza a molti buoni ristoranti e supermercato. Colazione dolce e salata varia e onesta per il prezzo complessivo del soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera ci é stata assegnata con letti singoli separati, nonostante la prenotazione prevedesse un letto matrimoniale. In fase di check in lo staff si é inizialmente rifiutato di fornirci il lettino per il bimbo (esplicitamente richiesto in fase di prenotazione), adducendo futili motivi. Su nostra pressione e forte insistenza, hanno poi risolto.

Pros:

L’hotel a un très beau potentiel et est joliment decoré. La piscine et le petit dejeuner sont sur le rooftop ce qui est agreable.
L’hotel est pratique si on a une voiture ( 5/7 places gratuite devant l’hotel ou sinon parking payant)
Beaucoup de restos sont a proximité a pied

Cons:

Malgré le potentiel de l’hotel, beaucoup de choses n'étaient pas a la hauteur d’un hotel 4 etoiles.
Premierement le petit dejeuner est vraiment nul. Le choix est tres restreint.Par exemple il n’y a pas de pain, il faut le demander expressément ( et le pain qu’on nous donne est immangeable).
Le petit déjeuner commence a 8h00 du matin, ce qui peut etre penalisant si on veut se lever plus tot pour les excursions.

Pour la chambre, il n’y a pas de bouteille d’eau a disposition ce qui n’est pas normal dans un hotel de ce genre.
Les lits sont tres mou ce qui peut ne pas convenir a certains.

C’est vraiment dommage car l’hotel a beaucoup de potentiel et ces points peuvent être corrigés facilement

Het was enigszins teleurstellend.
Pros:

Bij de accomodatie omliggend waren veel leuke tentjes om te eten, zwembad was ook goed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet super, weinig keus en als het warm hoorde te zijn was het koud en toast was keihard. De bedden waren enorm doorgezakt.

Pros:

- Piscine en rooftop
- Literie
- Accessoires direct du parking quand on trouve le bon ascenseur

Cons:

- Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif (perte d’argent car rien à manger sauf si on repaye des suppléments à la carte).
- Personnel du restaurant peu impliqué.
- Personnel du restaurant qui a essayé à 3 reprises de nous faire signer des tickets à 450 pesos chacun en prétextant que je cite « oui c’est écris 450 pesos mais vous inquiétez pas c’est inclus et il n’y aura rien à payer » (l’accueil m’a bien confirmé que je n’avais pas à signer car effectivement j’aurais dû régler des « fausses » consommations).
- Parking non inclus, à régler à l’arrivée.
- Chambres mal insonorisées.
- Personnel qui ne parle pas ou très peu anglais (heureusement nous nous débrouillions en espagnol)
- Restaurant pas qualitatif (nourriture sèche, peu goûteuse)

Awesome.
Pros:

The hotel was unique. There was a man-made creek going through a jungle Lake setting. There were many pools on the roof. Also a restaurant bar on the roof. The room its self was so cool. The exotic hardwood used in the furniture, well everywhere. The lighting was unique. Large screen TVs. Large patios. Kitchen. Clean. Great decor.
The staff were excellent. We loved it there.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect.

Wonderful small hotel at great location in Tulum
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with spacious clean rooms, very comfortable, all the amenities provided, very helpful staff, great rooftop terrace, small but beautiful swimming pool - great place to chill out before dinner - pool was open till 11 pm, great drinks by the pool, very nice breakfast. On top the location is quite unique as you are close to the beach (but need a bicycle - not walkable distance unless prepared to walk for 45 min) and close to the centre of Tulum. The hotel rents bicycles which was wonderful as we used bicycles to go around. There are small restaurants and bars next door (I particularly recommend Casa Sofia - Italian restaurant literally next door) so everything is within reach. The centre of Tulum is about 30 min walk. Tulum is pretty safe, a lot of people are walking or bicycling around till late at night.

Le lit est trop mou. Il faudrait enlever le tapis qui est dégoûtant tellement il y a de tâches.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The access to the rooms from reception had lots of steps and stones.
The Breakfast was very poor in terms of lack of variety and it was the same everyday.
We had a kitchen in our apartment but an inadequate number of utensils to use and no kettle or coffee machine.
