Great hotel modern and very nice pool on the roof relax and accommodating
We went in the off season and it was the least expensive place we stayed during our month in Mexico. The room had a comfortable bed, hot shower with great water pressure plus shampoo and conditioner, the room big enough for my husband and I to do yoga. The breakfast, I agree with previous reviewers wasn’t the best (no milk for the coffee or cereal) but given the cost I was happy to get anything. It was a great deal!

We really enjoyed the convenient location, the rooftop pool and complimentary breakfast. The hotel was quiet and clean, beds are really comfortable
For context we stayed here two nights actually. It was a last minute decision to go back because the first night stay was great. Staff was very helpful, said parking was free in their garage, and we had a great stay. Coming back the second night, we checked in, and were placed on a ground floor room. I’m not sure what happened but since there are pools attached to the ground floor rooms the water seemed to be in the room, it smelled like wet mold. When ask to change rooms (mind you this hotel is completely empty with 5 floors) we got attitude, and after getting another room now the receptionist wants to say we need to pay 200 pesos for parking. Honestly ridiculous for checking in at 12 am and we were just sleeping for 4 hours before our flight. This hotel was great, with the prices and accommodation but that experience completely ruined it. They need to clean and get rid of the water on the first floor rooms (doesn’t help with the infestation of mosquitoes). Smells like sweat and mold. Hope they can work on this for future guests. Also, please provide soap for guests.. was only given shampoo and conditioner both nights. Never been to a hotel and just given those two things.
NAALA est un hôtel très beau par son architecture avec un jardin Zen avec deux cascades artificielles, qu'invite à la lecture, la réflexion, le repos.
La chambre est grande et confortable, en cadeau une belle terrasse, la piscine sur le toit est juste magique, avec une vue sur la mer et la jungle à couper le souffle, pdj inclus ( omelette, café, fruit, granola) servi au restaurant sur le toit, bref une excellente séjour à Tulum, expérience à refaire !!!!

NAALA se ha convertido en uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Tulum sin duda alguna. El ambiente, las habitaciones, las camas, el personal, la ubicación y las amenidades, los desayunos… Me gustaría poder destacar una cosa, pero es que para mí, todo ha sido perfecto cada vez que me he alojado en este hotell.
The service. I arrived passed midnight and the front desk was friendly, professional but most importantly warm and welcoming. I needed a scale, and it was brought to my room without 15 minutes. On the second day- I didn’t feel well and I couldn’t came up to breakfast, Aralis who managed all by herself- took the time to bring breakfast to my room. Great service is in the details and this act of hospitality will stay with me. My 9 days at Naala was a great experience. The whole team seemed to work together well. My second time at the hotel in one year.
Understaffed. To see two amazing and hard working women delivering service to a restaurant filled with very demanding and even disrespectful “national tourists” was heartbreaking. Still somehow they managed to serve every guest with a smile.

Me cambiaron de habitación y sucia igual aunque ahora sí se suponía era de las que le habían hecho limpieza.Humedad,pelos en la cama,todo muy viejo ya,descuidado.Pedí devolución de mi dinero y no lo hicieron.FRAUDE TOTAL
