وقت تمديد الإقامة الموظفة كانت تشتغل بدون تركيز، أعطتنا ثلاث أسعار مختلفة بنفس الوقت، ويوم جددنا ما أعطتنا بطاقة دخول الغرفة واضطرينا نركب وننزل ثلاث مرات

die Buchung wurde vor Ort storniert aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen. Bei der Buchung habe ich angegeben, dass ich erst um 21Uhr ankommen werde. Das Zimmer wurde aufgrund hoher Nachfrage bei einer Messe vermutlich zu besseren Konditionen für das Hotel an jemanden weitervermittelt.
