The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach, mini golf, and go-karts.
Pros:

We really liked how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

The main thing we didn’t like was the limited TV options. We weren’t able to download any apps, and we could only use the Samsung TV features, which didn’t offer many choices for viewing. Since we only watched TV before bed, it wasn’t a major issue, but having access to more streaming options would have been a nice improvement.

Pretty much everything. Breakfast was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Pillows soft and hard provided, great bedding.

We liked the convenience of the location, the breakfast in the am, and the staff.

Cons:

We didn't like the noise level. We stayed on the second floor, and we heard constant movement, running and other noises from the floor above us at all hours.

Nice facility buy way over priced.

HIE was very comfortable and convient - only a mile from the friends we met there.
Pros:

The staff were courteous and efficient. The room was nice; AC worked well even on the really hot days we were there; beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Hooks are needed in the bathroom to hang clothes and other items, preferably on the back of the bathroom door. The water pressure was marginal. Probably not something the hotel in Wells can do anything about.
