Thoroughly enjoyed it. Exactly what we needed.
Pros:

Such a small detail, but one we appreciated very much. The best coffee that we've ever had at any hotel stay! Breakfast was plentiful and good, also. Our TV wasn't working; we reported it to the front desk and when we got back a couple of hours later, there was a new tv in our room. Now that's SERVICE!

Pros:

Clean, easy to get to & located right near the things we needed/wanted. Rooms were clean & the walk in shower was nice vs. dingy tubs that are in most hotel rooms

My stay was very nice!
Pros:

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I absolutely loved the 24 hour coffee machine and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was very clean. The shower was amazing and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The pool was dirty with stuff floating in, it states that there is a hot tub on the website, when we got to the pool area there was NO hot tub. Other guests were also complaining about it. I was double charged and took 24 hrs to get my $ back that I was overcharged by.

Acceptable room for a quick night's stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times. For a routine, quick night's sleep and a filling breakfast it is absolutely fine. The always available fresh coffee is a nice creature comfort to have around. The room and bed were overall fine, with plenty of room, a functioning TV, small apartment/big dorm room refrigerator, and easily used thermostat for good temperature control.

Cons:

The bathrooms are OK. Just OK. OK at best. The water pressure is too low; there is plenty left for the fish ... for the big ones, the really big ones. I didn't test the shower door. That may be a bit gross but I just didn't want to deal with a shower door that closes and then ever so slowly spontaneously slides open and requires intervention to avoid getting the bathroom floor sprayed by the showerhead. But the real identifiable problem here was the bathroom door: It wouldn't stay open and continuously would slowly close. It was closed when I arrived (which I personally thought was a bit odd, but for others may not be). But when I opened it to what I thought was a good stable place for an open door, it just slowly closed. That was a new bathroom glitch for me. Not a big deal, but after a 12-hour 720-mile drive that was a PIA I didn't need/want to deal with. The bathroom door should just stay open , or closed if I prefer, but not a middling and dysfunctional position.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The room was clean; the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. Coffee all day and night? Excellent and you had my creamer.
The hand and bath soaps and shampoo and conditioner were plentiful

Cons:

The towels are fairly rough, not surprising since they are laundered every day. Definitely not unbearable though.
