喫煙部屋しか無く臭かった。

レイトチェックアウトをフロントに申し出て手続きしていたが、通常チェックアウト時間になると清掃員が部屋をノックして、いつ出ていくのか尋ねられた。「レイトチェックアウトですよと伝えても「何時にでますか」ということだった。

This is a nice hotel that suited my needs perfectly as a single tourist who didn’t spend an excessive amount of time on the room. The rooms are relatively small by US standards but large enough that it was comfortable.
The water flow to the shower was amazing. Almost felt like a fire hose. 😀
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
My one complaint is that the housekeeping staff often left their supplies in the hallway nearly blocking the path to the elevator.
I would stay again.

Late check in not allowed no refundable if you paid by Expedia.
Has to pay rack rate if any issue.

Good deal according to the price & location but the room could be more clean.

周辺にピンク系はあるけど、泊まりはしやすい

Just average, but when i checked out at 10:40am they charged me an extra 1000 yen. I should have read the email better, but i really hate when companies charge like this. It turns me off and never want to use them again. Its not about the money, its about the customer service and appreciation for the customer. Japan check in places already have a cold and stiff feeling to them, then to add "give me more money" just does not feel welcoming or appreciative.

ふつのブスネスホテルですが、午前10時40分にチェックアウトしたとき、追加料金1000円を請求されました。 メールをもっとよく読めばよかったですが、会社がこのように請求するのは本当に嫌です。 それは私をうんざりさせ、二度と使いたくないです。 大切なのはお金ではなく、顧客サービスと顧客への感謝です。 日本のチェックイン先はすでに冷たくて固い印象を持っているのに、さらに「お金をください」と付け加えるのは歓迎も感謝も感じられません。

Bra läge, 5 min promenad till Ikebukuro Station som tar dig var du vill. De gav roomservice så fort jag bad dem. Enda negativa var lukten från fläkten. Jag bad receptionen att fixa det och det hjälpte lite.

洗面所には長い髪が落ちていたり、禁煙室なのにタオルがタバコ臭かったり、ボディソープがないのにシャンプーが何故か2種類置いてあったりと、かなり雑な清掃だなと思いました。

Only issue was they only give you one key…. So good for one person stay but not for 2. And Expedia map shows location wrong.

フロントが12:00～23:00までしかいないため、何かあった場合困る。早く到着し、荷物だけ預けて仕事に行きたかったが、ホテルに着くと無人、しかも担当者が遅刻。大きな問題はなかったが、ホテルなので24時間スタッフと何らか連絡が取れるようにしてもらいたい。
