Good location but cleanliness and design of room left something to be desired.
Pros:

Great location, staff were friendly, nice view from the 12th floor. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The carpet was covered in brown stains and the room had a strong smell of body odour which did not dissipate during our stay. The vents of the humidifier were also covered in dust. Particularly disappointed that there was nowhere to hang a towel or place clothes in the shower room. I am a female who booked a twin room with a male friend which made it very awkward and uncomfortable as towel and clothes needed to be left outside the shower in the open hotel room with nowhere else to change.

Pros:

綺麗で新しく、フロントの方の対応も非常によかったです。

Cons:

廊下や隣の部屋の音は聞こえてくるので、朝方外国人の方の元気な挨拶で目が覚めてしまいました。音で寝られなくなる方は避けた方が良さそうです。

Enjoyable stay in nice sized room (compared to others in Japan). Helpful staff & convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast selection was ok, could have been better.

Cons:

A free laundry room would have been nice, after travelling for 2 weeks we had to find a laundromat to use in the vicinity.
