Pros:

Harris suits is a wonderful hotel, it has an amazing Olympic pool and cafe. The rooms are roomy and the bed is so comfortable.

Mini refrigerator/bar is not cold at all, our fruits and food got spoiled within hours. Staff does not wash used mugs/glasses with soaps or change to new ones, just wiped them off -- so I can't say it is clean, it is poor practice.

I like the location, friendliness of the staff, breakfast
I dislike the swipe card to the room as I have to go ALL the way down to reception when I can't access my room.
It will be nice to have a phone line on every floor near the lift to call reception to come up instead.

Love this property for staycations. Pool was closed but it happens. Breakfast is a bit greasy, need some healthy choices. Will definitely stay again.

The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent—the spa is reasonable price and perfect. There are no airport shuttles. 45 - 55 min from the airport and far from the city center (downtown attractions). It was easy to use the Grab app to book the rides, and it was easy to negotiate with the driver for a day tour around the city for $50 from 10 am to 10 pm, which includes gas, pay parking, highway, and a driver meal. A few inconveniences: Some of the staff don't speak English. Laundry service takes one day. The hotel uses another company, which takes 24 hours. There was no iron in the room. I had to ask the receptionist, and offered to bring in the room. There's no ATM. Overall experience is excellent. I won't mind booking another time.
