The rooms were spacious, well decorated and comfortable. In the lobby there was a bar, a restaurant and a working area. I also used the gym and it was nice and equipped.
Nothing! Everything was great! Only the check in was a bit slow because there was a queue but the staff was nice so ok!
A proper full-service hotel with a staffed reception. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward, without the self-service gimmicks that many hotels increasingly do to save on labour.
There is paid underground parking directly beneath the hotel. It uses the same entrance as the general parking garage, but the hotel has its own separate private parking area, which was very convenient.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
The location is absolutely ideal. The hotel is right by Nürnberg station and only a very short walk from the historic centre, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel in an excellent location, with good facilities and great staff.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern in zentraler Lage von Nürnberg. Trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht, Frühstück am Morgen mit großer Auswahl.

Besondere Schallisolation. Die Züge hat man ein- und ausfahren sehen und nichts gehört.
Angenehmes Klima im Raum, angenehmes hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist vielflätig, alles frisch und gut.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und insgesamt sehr tolles Design. Frühstück war eins der schönsten und leckersten was wir hatten mit einem sehr schönen außergewöhnlichen Restaurant. Mitarbeiter super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich brauchte dringend in der Früh Hygiene Artikel und diese wurden mir sofort ans Zimmer gebracht. Es ist direkt am Bahnhof wo man etliche Einkäufe erledigen kann. Das Zentrum ist direkt dran für Spaziergänge. Ein Parkhaus ist vorhanden für 22€. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann es wärmstens empfehlen

The location is convenient for walking to the city center and also for arriving by car (there's underground parking). Close to the central station, there are several shops and restaurants nearby.
The room seemed overly furnished for its size.
No kettle. There are complimentary tea bags, but no kettle. At reception, they say to use the coffee machine to boil water, but, it's full of coffee grounds.

Die Einrichtung ist modern und gut durchdacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Ein Bettlaken war etwas eingefärbt. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es durch Stimmengewirr sehr laut.
