Pros:

Sehr bequeme und große Betten. Wir waren zum Festival da und es war alles sehr gut erreichbar. Wenn man keinen täglichen Roomservice wünschte, gab es sogar noch einen Getränkegutschein. Sehr nett. Danke :) Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch seeeehr reichhaltig und vieles frisch zubereitet.

Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen
Grandioses Frühstück

Die Betten waren unmöglich

- Trotz direkter Lage am Bahnhof gut isolierte Fenster und ruhe im Zimmer

Wir waren nicht im Zimmer

Leider eine große Enttäuschung.

Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht, da es an diesem Tag über 30 °C hatte und wir einen entspannten Abend verbringen wollten. Erst bei unserer Ankunft um 20:00 Uhr wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Man bot uns zwar eine kostenlose Stornierung an, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt mussten wir kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel suchen. Dadurch hatten wir viel Zeitverlust und mussten wegen der spontanen Buchung auch deutlich mehr bezahlen.

So eine wichtige Information hätte man uns unbedingt vor der Anreise mitteilen müssen. Dann hätten wir rechtzeitig eine Alternative finden können. Leider war das für uns ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis.
