Stayed there with my girlfriend for 7 nights. The location is perfect, the train station is one minute away, the blue mosque was a 5 minute footwalk.
Besides that the staff was really kind and helpful and always asked if we needed something. On the last day they even helped us getting to the airport with a cheap local bus organisation, because every Taxi Driver tried to scam us with extraordinary prices. Really recommendable and would go there a second time.

La chambre était très petite et nous étions obligés de mettre la Clim car peu ventilée. La clim ne fonctionnait pas toujours et quand elle fonctionnait elle tombait directement sur le lit.
Les serviettes humides du matin était pliées et rangées sans qu’elles aient eu le temps de sécher.

This property is a unique boutique hotel experience. The guys at the front catered to us in a way that exceeded our expectations. From assisting on translating and running us to an Uber to running up the stairs while we took the elevator up to unload our baggage to our rooms, we were thoroughly impressed. I am unsure of how the other rooms were in appearance and experience, but the 4th floor had amazing balcony views with a nice big room and clean bathroom as well as nice amenities like Netflix and a projector. We would definitely return just for the kindness and consideration provided during this stay.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff , 4th floor terrace view was awesome this hotel has great potential due to its location in the heart of all the tourist attractions. A 1 min walk to all restaurants which is very convenient also felt very safe even at night. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to Kevin and Murat .

Like so often on a trip, even when you don't speak the language, it is the kindness and caring of the people that you never forget. So it is with Castle Franco Suites. A small hotel with lovely rooms, it was a gem. Incredibly staff, so attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a block away from the tram stop that takes you to all the great places you want to see in Istanbul. Yet for its location, the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet. They served a nice breakfast. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Marmara. We were offered help in any matter, even arranging a taxi at 3 in the morning to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. Super place, highly recommended.

I come and go to Istanbul often and I can confidently say that; Castle Franco Suites was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Both the location and the hotel staff who welcome you with a warm heart and the comfort of the rooms make the hotel really high quality. Undoubtedly, it is worth mentioning the location again, because within 30 seconds walking distance you are at the Cemberlitas tram stop! It was a great experience. Try it too!
