Basic but comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. In a service area but not noisy.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Good bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Good choice of restaurants locally. Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

No carpet on the floor. Made the room feel basic.

Surprise weekend getaway for mother's day was a huge success.
Pros:

The staff was great and the room was awesome. I was able to make me a cup of coffee at 3pm when I showed up, and it was nice and fresh. Also, the best pillows EVER

Cons:

The 3pm sign in is quite a bit late. This is the first time I have seen a check in that late. 11am - 1pm is the normal that I see

Exceptional value!
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. We returned on our way back home. Great value and the staff is exceptional. I had a little trouble with the tv in the room and they responded immediately and fixed. The room is really great with lots of updated hooks and ammenities for travelers.

Pros:

The location as it is on the outer part of city but still close to some stores. Also liked the friendly staff, free breakfast and the beds are comfy.

Cons:

A room with a bigger shower would be the only suggestion I have.

Always stop at The Shellhouse when going South, like walking across the parking lot.

No carpet in rooms.

Hotel was great for value they just need to work on their staff.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and beds were amazingly comfortable!

Cons:

Staff were very lazy and rude as hell. We had to call multiple times about the people above us making noise and nothing was resolved. We asked for towels and tissue and they told us we had to come get it because they were busy just for us to get downstairs and they were on their phone sitting behind the desk.
