Awful! Awful! Awful! Never again!

Got there they said they could not confirm our payment from booking.com so it was really humiliating and inconvenience and it really pissed me off!

Cons:

You could have the Confirmation already done by the time we get there being that we booked the room on the 25th and didn’t get there till after four September 26 so why was our payment confirmed from you all! It was extremely inconvenient that was my at work and he was tired extremely tired. He had shower soon as we got there and got in the bed and we end up leaving because they said they could not confirm our confirmation! We left there to go stay with Hilton the MC suites around the corner we booked before we left the hotel at the courtyard. By the time we got there 10 minutes later our pool was confirmed I Confirmation was confirmed the payment was confirmed so I don’t know what happened when we got to the courtyard by Marriott. I really feel like they was lying and discriminated.

Pros:

Love the hotel it’s our hotel when we need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Cons:

The day manager: he didn’t handle our payment correctly and was rude about it as if we did some wrong so that took an extra 2 hours of our stay to sort that out. He was not helpful at all. The night manager helped us, to him I thank him very much.
