We stayed only for one night prior to departing Dubai. It was a great option.
Great stay, I would recommend for anyone. Restaurant was nice. Room was nice. ATM right past the lobby. Grocery store right across the street. Super convenient.
It was great for family, clean but food i wont recommend buffet as it wasn’t great and very small buffet, not worth the price we have paid.
Room was beautiful, nice view, room service was fast. It was just an awesome stay.

Breakfast had good variety but I struggled a bit with taste.
The facility and the environment were kept clean, but for some damp smell in the corridors (my floor).

We stayed for 10 nights, 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with a lovely view, concierge staff were amazing, breakfast was good. The cleaning staff sometimes missed bits and forgot to give towels but if you ask them they do sort it so not a big problem. Overall I would stay there again, it is close to the metro/monorail and easy to get to places
Avani is an elegant sanctuary of modern luxury. It is in a very quiet area; but the tram is literally steps away, and transports you to the glitz and glam at the Marina. The tram also connects with the Metro, through which you can easily access most places in Dubai. We frequently used Kareem also. After busy days touring and shopping in the hot weather, it was bliss coming back to the cool and calm of Avani.
We opted for a two-bedroom suite, and we were delighted. The rooms had gorgeous sea views. The living room was spacious, with a comfy sectional sofa and a large dining table and desk. The kitchen had all the essential amenities (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) Given the heat in Dubai, the washer/dryer were very useful! The suite also came with three washrooms, ideal as there were three of us.
Our decision to choose the half board package was 100% worthwhile. The quality of the (buffet style) food for breakfast and dinner was stellar. The chefs ensured an abundance of top-notch options to choose from, and each day brought new and creative delights. Lin, our server, was exceptional. She remembered our favourites and made sure we had delicious masala chai (special callout to the bar staff for accommodating our request) to start our day.
We had a fabulous time in Dubai, and are already looking forward to our next stay at Avani—it’s a haven of comfort and sophistication. Thank you for creating a lovely experience. See you next time!
Best hotel and services ever. The best feature is its location it’s the centre start for anywhere you can think of to go. 5mins to marina 10mins to palm. 5 mins to kite beach I mean you can commute anywhere with in minutes.
