Cons:

Didn’t get the room I booked, no upgrade
Dirty pool, guests smoked in and around the pool, poor location, despite please make up room sign out at 730 AM room never cleaned, two pods for coffee on the first day then you have to buy from that point on

Loved the location, the intent of the staff to please, the restaurant , the steam room , pool and bar, the bed.. a bowling alley around the corner

Cons:

That I couldn't use the bathtub jacuzzi in our room due to the water coming out yellow ( supposedly a City issue); that the communication with the staff didn't go well on several issues.

Pros:

Hotel at good location at a nice area, several restaurant and bar are nearby. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom. The mattress is really comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy(!) there is a pool at the patio, where loud music was playing until late evening (even after midnight), even if there is no guest at the pool. There is a club at the next building, its music and heavy bass can be heard, as well as TV from the corridor. There is no soundproofing at all. Owners should decide to run hotel, nightclub, or beach-club.

People go and come just 1-2 meters in front of the full-glass balcony doors of the ground floor rooms, as they overlook directly to the pool.

Impossible to rest and very difficult to sleep.

No la mejor experiencia.
Pros:

El staff siempre se portó amable. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación por el ruido, pero al estar todo lleno no nos hicieron el cambio. Si tuvieron buena actitud

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación cerca de la alberca, al tener una puerta corrediza entraba todo el ruido de los niños jugando en la alberca.
El baño se mojaba demasiado ya que la puerta no cerraba correctamente.
El pie de cama no estaba limpio.
Si vas en pareja y buscas tranquilidad y descanso, al ser un hotel familiar, si te toca mala suerte vas a escuchar mucho ruido de las familias con niños en la alberca.

Run down love hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

It gives the vibe of a run down love hotel. The overall maintenance of the bathroom is an absolute disaster. Shower is spraying everywhere but down. Shower leaks into the room it’s a joke. Checkin/checkout process takes ages.
