Housekeeping did great.

Valet parking only (wasn’t in description) no bell hop carts available. No beautiful view like described. We faced the dump trailers. No fire pit like described
Microwave on 2nd floor only. Spa was closed. Even when tried to make an appointment. Buffet was cold. I actually felt sick afterwards. Bed was too firm I woke up aching. Pool was more of a club environment. Food over priced. They left milk out and when I spoke on it I was told it would be thrown out to see the worker place it in refrigerator. (Yes I touched to see the temp it was room temp ) offered meal pass but we already had in in our price. Will not refer or go back ever again. Oh last but not least the valley driver got angry at a family and slammed the door to the keys. While cussing under his breath. He was so upset he didn’t hear me say. “Don’t let them get to you “
The suite that we stayed in was very spacious. There are many amenities that we love at this hotel, which is why we have continued to stay here when in Houston. We have watched its evolution from the beginning.
During this stay, we stayed on the 5th floor. The halls smelled like urine (possible animal urine?). We notified the front desk, who stated they would notify housekeeping. Unfortunately, the halls continued to smell like urine for our entire stay (5 days). Other floors of the hotel did not smell this way, which was a plus. However, it was an unpleasant walk to and from our suite each time.
Very beautiful and well maintained
The a/c in the room did not get cold enough at night for me and the hot water in the shower was not hot enough.
Friendly staff. Quick and attentive. Coach in valet services got me out quick so I could make it to my destination on time.
Stayed at the Blossom for a few days with Family and a friend! The hotel was clean, friendly very nice. Justin behind the front counter was very kind. He had a smile on his face at all times. Justin was very helpful and asset to the hotel.

The Blossom Hotel in Houston is unique. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Angelo who assisted me at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and the amenities are too. Great location to get to MDA.
The room was beautiful!!! Everyone was kind, attentive, and accommodating. KiKi and Victoria from the spa were lovely and very welcoming! The lady who worked thenight shift at the front desk on July 8th (I didn't get her name, forgive me! but it might be Naomi?) was so kind and provided me with a breakfast voucher when she found out I was staying for my birthday. and Osama at valet was nice and was the only valet worker to help with my luggage. Thanks for making my birthday stay so relaxing and wonderful!
Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The highlight of our stay was Coach at valet. He was welcoming, efficient, and always had a great attitude. His excellent service made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean and modern
The staff is great! Marcus at the front desk helped us get checked in with little notice and was able to accommodate every request we had, even with a twighlight check in time. And he did it all with a smile. It felt like a friend having us over.
