We love to stay at this beautiful and comfortable accommodations very convenient to MD Anderson.
Pros:

Everything is luxurious. Beds comfortable. Shower is probably the best shower I’ve had! It is so convenient to MD Anderson.

Valet parking is expensive.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The property was nice, definitely has an upscale feel inside. Outside not so much.

Cons:

The power went out halfway through night one and it was the weekend so nothing could be done says the front desk person. Phone also didn’t work to try to order room service. High deposit and there was no choice but to pay the $50 valet fee per night because there’s literally no other parking. Massage the offer for purchase was mediocre and pool was small. Also trying to contact the property is impossible. You’re directed to an agent who also cannot contact the property.

Everyone was very polite, it was very clean , smell amazing! Only the guys that helped me bring my things to my room had awesome customer service!! The ladies at the front desk also has great customer service!

Pros:

I only stayed for a few hours very noisy room with peace to sleep the elvetor was super loud could not sleep at all I left at 1:00am in the morning. Very bad experience
