Location and roof top restaurant
Great staff. Easy check in and very helpful.
Great location, great shower, full sun blocking curtains.
The bed, while being a twin, is more a Japanese twin and not a US/European twin. Since I was alone this was no problem at all.

The PERFECT location for a train traveler to Kobe. You can get there easily from Osaka etc and take day trips to Himeji and other places. Wonderful staff, both at the desk and especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was very good. The room was small but very nice overall. Beds were very comfortable. The massage chair was a timely help. Outside the front door is a wonderful and lively street where you can find plenty of food and drink. Easy walking distance to most things you'd want to see, including Chinatown. Great amenities table. We had trouble sleeping due to the time zone and spent many hours awake at night brewing various teas they had on that table for free. I spent many early morning hours drinking tea and sitting on the massage chair, which is a fun, nice memory of our trip.
Not a criticism-- just a fact: It is difficult to find the front door. We were looking all over trying to figure it out and even had help from two Japanese aunties who couldn't find it. If you arrive on the train, go up top outside the train station (Northwest side I think) and then turn left and you'll find a discreet entrance, which leads to an elevator which goes up to the lobby. That frustrating door will end up being a wonderful door which sets you right out onto a very nice street, especially at night. Do yourself a favor and do a google street view for that door so you can understand what you will be looking for. We would also get a bigger room, though I don't know anything about the other rooms. Even if our same room was the only availability we would stay here again without hesitation.
Excellent location, great views and easy self-check-in.
Room was spacious and also offered a massage chair.
Really clean overall with good amenities.
The lounge tends to get quite crowded during peak check-in hours, which can also make elevator access slower and less convenient.
The staff generally speaks moderate English and is mostly helpful. However, one experience during checkout was disappointing. I politely asked if my water bottle could be refilled, but the request was declined and I was told to purchase water from the vending machine instead. For a hotel of this scale and price range, providing a simple water refill should not be an unreasonable expectation.
Highly recommended.
We stayed at Remm for 2 nights in Kobe. It was our first time to the city. The lobby to the hotel was on the 16th floor of the building above the Subway, we were surprised by the great views and convenience right below.
Being one of our last stops, we were exhausted and extremely pleased with the massage chair, daily replenishment of water and towels as well as accessibility to eateries and shops. We actually bought and ate the most here compared with other cities and regretted not staying in Kobe longer.
A little tip, cut down kyoto for Kobe it's totally worth it. The prices are so much cheaper for food and everything is within walking distance. The city is also full of surprises eith great local bakeries and charm.
The hotel also had very good service, including luggage forwarding. Be sure to ask when checking in to avoid delays as some places like osaka airport takes 3 days for your luggage to be forwarded.
Nothing. Perhaps only that there isn't a coin laundry. 🤔
房間乾淨、飯店地點很好
真的有點小
離車站很近,附近很多餐廳
沒有洗衣機
Struttura magnifica. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Un punto di riferimento a Kobe! Grazie mille 🤩
