Overall, a decent stay, with some modifications, it can be a great hotel
Pros:

+ A superb location in the dead center of sannomiya, right on top of the station, with a wonderful view
+ A nice room, which was quite clean when I arrived

Cons:

- General Wi-Fi is a bit slow, and the room's casting Wi-Fi is spotty
- No laundromat, nearest laundromat is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel
- Staff doesn't know any English
- Breakfast isn't very good, most of it is cold and low quality, and there isn't variance
- The rooms have a massage chair, which is a gimmick that is nice for one use, after that, it's pretty much just taking a lot of space
- The cleaning didn't put much emphasis on dust, which accumulated in the room over the stay
- The ceiling shower head wasn't very fun to use, it spread water everywhere instead of going straight down, I suspected it was because of lack of cleaning. I tried asking the staff to try to fix it and they said they will, didn't seem like it helped (if they did)
- There's a window between the bedroom and the shower, which is very weird, but it's possibke to close a curtain from the inside

Pros:

とても心地よく泊まれました。ただお茶を飲もうといただいてたお茶を飲もうと思ったのですが水はあったのですがどこでお湯を沸かしたらいいのか分からず飲まずに終わりました。スタッフの方も丁寧に対応してもらいいい旅の宿になりました。ありがとうございました😊

Tolles Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht
Pros:

- Tolle Aussicht
- Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück
- Zimmer sind klein aber dennoch ganz gut und ruhig
- Perfekte Lage. Direkt in der U-Bahn Station.

Cons:

Extra charge für Fensterplatz am Abend in der Bar als Hotelgast. No Go!

Idéal pour découvrir la ville.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal. Tout peut se faire à pied. Gare centrale au pied de l’immeuble. Accueil pro. Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre (twin) très grande pour les standards japonais. Petit déjeuner au 29 eme étage . Tout était parfait.
