気分良く過ごせた。エレベーターがカードを接触させるだけで、宿泊階が自動でＯＫなのはビックリした。
スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

部屋にマッサージチェアーがあったのは嬉しいが、足元が上に上がらなかった。色々と探したけど分からなかった。

Location was perfect, appreciated our room being ready at 14:00, and it was clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains, loved the massage chair

Pros:

Very convenient location right on top of the Sannomiya station. However, better instruction to the hotel could be provided. It is actually part of the Hankyu Building.
