Highly Recommended
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our holiday. It was not exactly in the heart of Myeongdong but close enough for us to enjoy it. The transportation link with the train station right in front was everything, and also lots of places to and drink around the area. I would definitely stay again when I return. Now the room was everything and more, really big for two people! Ignore the reviews about the lift since it is not that bad.

Cons:

Nothing really. We did not have that much interaction with staff, so couldn't rate them higher. But they were courteous and really helpful. I wished I took more advantage of the amenities of the hotel.

A good stay!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and very convenient. There are plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance, which made everything easy. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

Cons:

I rented a car to drive around Nagasaki, and the walk from the carpark to the hotel entrance wasn’t the most convenient.

Pros:

This was my second stay here, and once again it delivered a great experience. The location of the hotel is quiet yet very convenient, with the train station just a one-minute walk from the hotel entrance. An easy, comfortable stay and a place I’d gladly return to.

Location was fantastic: airport limousine bus stop a few meters away; subway station across the hotel (went everywhere using the subway); GS25, CU, 7-11 nearby; restaurants, coffee shops & bakery surround the hotel; Starbucks at the lobby; Myeongdong shopping area & Lotte Department store a few blocks away, easy to walk to…
Excellent Customer Service: addressed all my questions with a smile and courteous manner; I had some issues with my airlines and Emily assisted me until the issue was resolved, ‘Thank you Emily’ and thank you to the ‘Trainee’ who did our check-in on Jan 24- friendly and impressive English communication skills
Facilities: fitness centre, coin laundry, microwave, can store luggage (when we went to Busan), water dispenser , ice machine

Odalar ferah ve temiz. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Gürültü olmadı hiç. Binadan birkaç adım ilerleyince metroya giriyorsunuz. Harika bir konumu var merkezi yerlere yürüyerek gidersiniz. Check out saatinin 12 olması da harikaydı çünkü Avrupa’da diğer otellerde sabah erkenden çıkmak zor olabiliyordu. Ayrıca uçağımız geç olacağı için bavulları bıraktık resepsiyona ve son günümüzü tamamladık. Bunun için ekstra ücret almamaları ayrıca hoş hissettirdi. Tekrar bu otelde konaklarız

Pros:

The location was very convenient to Myeongdong street. You could walk to Myeongdong in 10 mins. The subway was just a min away from the hotel. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly.

Pros:

地點很方便，就在地鐵2號與3號線的12號出口(乙支路3街)，搭2號線去東大門歷史文化公園只需2站，搭3號線去景福宮只需3站，走路到明洞商圈只需7分鐘。另外，到仁川機場後可以直接買6015號巴士，月台是5B，回程也可以順便買，每一趟是17,000韓幣，約400台幣，從機場到飯店大約1小時15分鐘，在乙支路2街(Pine Avenue)下車走30秒就到飯店。附近咖啡廳不少，吃的也很多，這次去平均氣溫是-6度到-14度，但房間很暖，在房間只須穿一件長袖跟一件睡褲就好了。對了，飯店的reception在4樓，很舒適。
