Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walking distance from Myeong-dong, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

However, the towels were very old and definitely need replacing. My shower also had drain flies (moth flies), which was disappointing.

Location is amazing the hotel is very busy elevator takes too long to reach your floor it was noisy they put family with

elevator takes very long time to stop in addition they are distribution of a guest are unacceptable they put me in a corner room around the family the kids were running around for three nights they didn’t do anything about it at the last night when I really complained me the first they changed my room the rooms are not very clean you can see that in the corners of the bathroom the towels are a bit gray so they can do some work with Cleaning

Could have been good. A pity.
Pros:

1. The location was great. Super convenient. There is a train station outside, and myeongdong market was near enough but not too near.
2. Size of room was nice. Layout was good.

Cons:

1. Messed up the booking and charged me a penalty as no show when I had already checked in. This affected my booking.com stay status which is linked to promo program. Not resolved till now. Staff aas rude and was not apolgetic at all.
2. The toilet had a persistent urine smell and we had to remind the hotel to clean it properly.
3. Had to remind them to refill hand and bath soap which had run out.
