The location was superb! I ride the 6015 airport bus to hotel which is very convenient. It’s located near many places in walking distance. Front desk is very nice and very helpful.
My mom got sick so i have to check out (and get back to my country) after stay just for one night (i have booked for 6 nights) and the hotel staff and booking.com assist me nicely through the process. If I have a chance to comeback to Seoul, i will definitely coming back to Four Points. The location, the room, the hospitality. I love everything! Thank you. 💖💖
There is only 3 elevator so at the peak time you might have to wait a bit for it.
When checking out on Sunday morning, the elevators were handling many people and difficult to call, it took an extra 30 minutes just to get out of the hotel. The elevators should be reprogrammed to skip guest floors after a certain weight capacity is reached.
The location of this property is great! Right off a main train station entrance.
The elevators during the morning rush can take like 10+ minutes to call. Keep that in mind if you call an uber and need to head down quickly.
The location is good and room size just nice.
No massage nor spa facilities
Location
Aircon is centrally controlled, temperature of room cannot be changed even though there is an option for lower temperature. Aircon is too weak to override the central aircon. Staff offered no support.
Room needs to be closed from the inside when leaving the hotel as the lock would get stuck.
Elevator would ding Long before it arrives, not knowing which one will arrive.
One of the lights didn’t work.
Shower head is very flimsy
Shower door doesn’t fully open because of the waterproof rubber on the bottom.
Room controls can only be accessed from one side.
TV chrome cast does not work. No in built app functionality as the TV cannot connect to wifi
All these problems makes it not worth for the money spent.

Room cleaning was inconsistent, bed was a little too firm for my liking and the heating was far too warm. We were told not to alter the temperature but to open a window instead which was rather noisy.
Location convenient, staff helpful and friendly, room is clean.
Water does not clear out quickly in bathroom.

The staffers very friendly, the location was excellent
There is no airconditioning in the rooms. The room was hot and we were there in March. We had to open the window to cool down the room but the window would just close. It was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard and the doona cover was lumpy. Unfortunately not what I was expecting from the Sheraton. Booking.com said the rooms have airconditioning but no rooms in the hotel have aircon.

1. unwillingness of staff to resolve my booking problem when i checked in. After a 26 hours journey that was the last thing i needed.
2. Poor value for money compared to other hotels in Seoul
3. Dreadfully curt negative response when asking for invoice. "Please contact to booking.com directly since you paid to booking.com. If booking.com request us, we can provide invoice."
I received had no such curt response from their sister hotel at SeoulStation. To get personal expenses paid i (everyine) requires rapid positive response to queries, not "Just go away" type responses. completely unacceptable. I wont be using this hotel again and will recommend such to all me company colleagues to avoid
