Pros:

Great location, says the helpful staff. The cosmetics available are very good.

Cons:

The bathroom is really small, the room was an ok size. The breakfast is very monotonous, there is no normal bread and every time something was missing at breakfast you had to ask them to replenish it.

Pros:

Near to train station literally a 3 min walk away. Free breakfast daily was yummy and onsen after a long day of walking is pure bliss.

Cons:

The rooms are on the small side but it is clean.
