Look for other place. Don’t waste your time and money.
Pros:

Over priced hotel without any reason. Running down facility, smells pretty bad, very average breakfast. Have no clue why they charge so much.

Cons:

It’s an old low key hotel that change crazy rate from what you are getting back. Will never return on this mistake.

Cons:

The staff helping me assigned a room that someone else was in already. I tried to get in 3 times! (Embarrassing) the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was broken, there was what looked like toenails on the carpet.

We will be back on our next trip to Portland.
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Always greeted with a smile from the front desk to housekeeping. Having a laundry room available was an extra bonus. Located just a half block from Portland’s TriMax light rail system made travel to and from the airport easy for just a few dollars.

Cons:

Breakfast was just so so. The “hot” items like eggs or waffles were just lukewarm. Yogurt and cut fruit were usually depleted. The coffee was good and I appreciated having a decent brewed decaf option available.

Overall we were happy with or stay. However the extra $38 per night for parking was unexpected.

Great stay in a happening area
Pros:

Nice hotel in central Beaverton. Great location if you're looking to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, or cafes. So many to choose from! Right on the MAX light rail for those who aren't driving. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good for typical American hotel standards. Friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

Due to the central location, finding free parking could be challenging, as other reviews have noted. I stayed on a weekend and had no issue finding nearby street parking, however.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Will stay here next time we come to Beaverton

Location clean friendly staff

Cons:

Booking.com and website said check in is 3pm and was informed when I got there that checkin is 4pm. Luckily they let us check in at 3ish as we were tired from an early bumpy flight

Great breakfast, great location, and genuinely helpful staff.
Pros:

I had a really positive experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day, and the location made it easy to get around. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind and accommodating—after I checked out, they let me store my bags so I could go apartment hunting and later grab dinner without dragging everything around. I really appreciated the thoughtful service and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Stayed six nights and everything was fantastic. There is a charge to park but front desk was helpful with less expensive alternatives. Breakfast was good. Location great. Room comfortable. Housekeeping fantastic.
