Great stay. Very nice rooms. Very convenient location.
Pros:

Very nice stay at the Hyatt House Portland / Beaverton, our room was in very good condition, clean, The front desk staff at check-in was very welcoming. Great location and easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Staff and Beautiful Space
Pros:

This has been a wonderful stay, due in large part to the outstanding staff at this Hyatt. I've been here for an extended period under difficult personal circumstances, and the team has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. All the staff deserve special recognition for his warmth and flexibility — they made what could have been a stressful stay genuinely manageable. The kitchenette suite has been a real comfort, giving me space to cook and settle in during a long stay away from home. Thank you to everyone here for the kindness and attentiveness you've shown me. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay, will be returning in the future.
Pros:

The staff provided a wonderfully warm welcome, the room was impressively spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious.

Perfect long weekend.
Pros:

Hotel location was perfect and Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and stay was good.

Cons:

there could be improvement at Breakfast counter where pancake machine was not working and hot water facility not given even when asked.

Great, clean, hospitable hotel!
Pros:

Great clean hotel with a decent breakfast spread. Still doing free breakfast for all guests- i know in DC they charge for breakfast now. Room was spacious and clean, front desk was super friendly. Parking is very accessible. Only thing is it’s right next to the railroad so you can hear the trains time to time.

Great location plus clean and spacious room!
Pros:

This is my second time staying at Hyatt House in Beaverton. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many great coffee spots and restaurants, plus steps away from delicious food trucks. I traveled with family and my dog so the spacious rooms with a kitchen area, makes staying here so easy. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip up!

Excellent Portland choice for quality and convenience
Pros:

This is a great hotel option when visiting the Portland area. Its location steps from the TriMet Max light rail allows easy access to the city center and Washington Park. It's a little more than an hour by rail to the airport, which avoids the airport car rental experience; there's an Enterprise lot not far from the Hyatt if car is needed. Rooms are nicely laid out and many include full kitchen, though there are various food options nearby, and the hotel's free breakfast is fine. Very clean and quiet; staff is friendly and helpful; large fitness room. Overall a good experience and a great value.

Pros:

internet an electronics spotty. very friendly staff with no idea of what to do. A bar that has no soft drinks or the ability to make a mixed drink (rum & coke or gin and tonic), no room service

Great location, odd breakfast
Pros:

Nice location, clean hotel and friendly staff. A couple wonky things: they don't really replenish breakfast so when it's out, it's out. Even with a half hour before breakfast is closing they will rush to shut it down, which means you're lucky to get a bit of scrambled eggs. Also the motion sensor lights in the bathroom for myself and relatives staying in the hotel would go off every few minutes due to the rumble of the train. Overall the staff was nice and it was relatively easygoing.

Mold Odor
Pros:

Perfect location — many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Cons:

Our room had a terrible mold odor. I woke up the next morning to my eyes glued shut do to the mold. The hotel moved us to a new room the next day, bit the new room smelled of mold, although not as bad. We were very disappointed. We will not be returning to this hotel.
