It was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean. The staff friendly. The bed was SO comfortable.

Cons:

Hard to complain when something is free but the coffee was terrible.

Fun, convenient and welcoming
Pros:

The location is so perfect for ACL. Took the bus everywhere. So many really good bars and restaurants nearby at walking distance. The front desk and bar was so accommodating and hospitable. The room was super comfortable and convenient.

Cons:

I didn’t know you could request a mini fridge. I feel like that should be part of intake or check in as an option.

Won’t be staying at a Moxy again

The reception staff were great

Cons:

There are two lights that are always on in the room- one flashed bright every 60 seconds near the fire alarm and the other never turned off when the ac was on. I didn’t get a lick of sleep during my stay. There were blood spots on the sheets when we checked in and the polyblend sheets felt like plastic, trapping insane heat no matter how low we lowered the ac. The shower head was so annoying, I had to hunch when I didn’t want to wash my hair. Shaving my legs was like balancing in a waterfall without support. There wasn’t a single useable table surface. And finally, the bathroom light flickered!!

AMAZING staff!!!
Pros:

Staff was amazing, would return for staff alone. Rooms were nice, hotel in all was nice and clean.

Cons:

Guess I should've paid closer attention, thats my fault, but room was smaller than I expected, although still nice.
