Too expensive for what it was would not stay there again.
Pros:

Too expensive.

Cons:

No ventilation in the bathroom. We were on the 6th floor Saturday night. They have a big party up on the top floor which kept us up until one in the morning. Not a place to go if you're looking to relax.

A terrible experience which I will never repeat
Pros:

Breakfast was OK but nothing to shout about.

Cons:

I feel I was conned because there was no parking and the car had to be valet parked in a nearby carpark. Cost $40 plus tip. Had I been aware of this I would not have booked this hotel. The wifi had a problem when we arrived and did not get fixed until after midnight. As I had to check in on a flight this was an inconvenience and I ended up checking in at 4am. Lastly, there was a problem with room cards . For some reason the hotel were unable to get the door keys to work and we had to be escorted to our room by a cleaner who held a master key to allow us access.

Pros:

The guess went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and smell very fresh. and the staff went out of there way to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Gem in downtown Ft. Lauderdale
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location just across the street fr the Parker where we were seeing a show. Staff actually genuinely friendly-and room ready early-a real plus. Gorgeous rooftop pool to. A gem

Comfortable but valet was very frustrating. I didn't even use it the last night.

Pros:

Facility was great. Modern, fresh, well maintained.
Staff were excellent from valet attendants to front desk.
On site restaurant, Cucina Moderna, was exceptional.

Cons:

Poor accounting practices from excessive number of valet charges to final invoice not showing all charges that were made to my charge card.
Very noisy hotel, traffic, guest room doors slamming.
NO ROOM SERVICE. Not informed there would be no room service. Had to chase the lone housekeeping cart down the hall to get fresh towels during our 7 night stay.
Valet staff were great, but valet parking was chaotic due to tight space. limited number of staff, and no bellhops for luggage.
