I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel everything was beautiful
The parking could sometimes be hectic if in a rush.
Clean, gym was good and friendly staff
The AC in the room didn’t turn off and was cold
It was way overpriced for what the hotel offered. It was extremely noisy due to it being on a main highway, we had a balcony that you couldn’t use to the road being like a race track.
We didn’t like anything about the hotel, it was a rip off. It’s certainly not a $500 p/n hotel, $200 would be a fair rate for this hotel. We were very disappointed with our 3 night stay there.
Convenience, location, staff friendly and professional
No water provided in the room - this should be a standard practice
Staff was fantastic.
Hairdryer broken. Sink faucet broke. Just inconvenient
Beautiful hotel in a great area. Close to a lot of stores and the staff is exceptional.
The bed was really uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to get much sleep. One elevator was out so it took forever to catch an elevator out. The laundry facilities were out of service as well.
Location
Parking was horrible.
The luxury and cleanliness
The outdoor roof top furniture were old .
So I’ve stayed at plenty of Marriott properties, and this was by far the most disappointing experience — all thanks to the manager, Monique. My boyfriend is a Gold Elite member, and the way we were treated was honestly like we were random people off the street instead of loyal guests.
When I checked in, I politely asked about a room upgrade under his account — something every other Marriott we’ve ever stayed at does automatically without us even needing to ask. Instead, Monique snapped that it “wasn’t offered with my reservation.” Weird, because again, we’ve NEVER had this issue anywhere else. But fine, I didn’t argue.
We went up to the room, and my boyfriend immediately noticed a smell and was unhappy with the setup. So we both went back down together to ask again. I was standing right next to him when Monique looks at him and says, “Like I told the other person who checked in…” (AKA me), and then claims that “they must have left out” the detail that upgrades aren’t allowed because of balcony maintenance. Funny, because she NEVER mentioned that to me at all. I was literally standing there in shock.
To make it even worse, I watched her hand bottled water to another guest checking in without them even asking — meanwhile, we weren’t offered a single thing. Not even a hello with a smile. Nothing. Absolutely NOT the treatment Gold members should receive. This was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
The only good part of this stay was the valet team — they were amazing, friendly, and actually represented the hospitality Marriott is supposed to stand for. Monique, on the other hand, needs serious retraining or a demotion because she does NOT reflect Marriott standards in any way. This was honestly sad and unacceptable.
Decent hotel but definitely nothing special. I would expect more of a Marriott property. The rooms are OK but the air conditioning units are pretty noisy. It was clean. The rooftop pool area is very rundown and tired looking. Furniture cushions are unbelievably deteriorated, and even have mold and mildew growing on them. They’re too cheap to decently heat the pool, so it’s basically useless. Even worse, one of the two elevators was broken for four days in a row, resulting in very long waits at times. The only free amenity in the lobby is water. They want to charge you five dollars or more for a cup of coffee out of a machine. Most hotels have complementary coffee in the lobby. You have to wonder if this place is barely scraping by financially by the way it’s being operated. At least we didn’t get subjected to a late night party with loud music like a lot a lot of people are complaining about on the reviews.
