Solid. Nice place overall. Appreciate the recliner for my back issues.
Pros:

Stayed twice beginning and end of week. Sunday nights room (upstairs) was better, Fridays night was ok. The room seemed smaller and honestly the blanket at the foot of bed was needing to be replaced, enough to give a bit of pause. But truly decent place & price and will try again. The staff was very friendly!

Basic comfort for a very good price.
Pros:

This conveniently located hotel lacked some basic services (i.e. no daily housekeeping) but it was clean and comfortable and provided the essentials needed for our short stay. Staff accommodated our request for a room with minimal walking, and the handicapped room was very functional.

Cons:

The basic nature of this hotel means that some services, like daily housekeeping, is not offered, although there were plenty of towels provided for our short stay. There was a decent kitchen, but no dishware or flatware of any kind, so even a light meal would have been difficult to eat there. The lobby offers a variety of snacks for sale, but without spoons or bowls, it would be hard to fully utilize the kitchen area.
