Amazing place! Top notch in every possible way!!
Pros:

Everything! The room was great. Dean’s (the in-house restaurant) was amazing for breakfast and lunch. Staff were top notch! They went above and beyond - even giving us umbrellas to use for the day when there was an unexpected rainstorm. They even delivered my mom’s prescription to the airport (upon checkout) when she accidentally left it in the room refrigerator. If I ever come back to Charlotte, North Carolina, I will definitely stay here!

Cons:

We stayed three days, but my bedsheets were never changed. The bed was made up, but the bedsheets was never changed and I had to ask for toilet paper because the clean day did not refill the room with toilet paper.
