Cons:

We stayed three days, but my bedsheets were never changed. The bed was made up, but the bedsheets was never changed and I had to ask for toilet paper because the clean day did not refill the room with toilet paper.

Good location, friendly staff, modern design

Cons:

Most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on, and we stayed here for New Years Eve but the rooftop bar was closed, even though it was listed as being open for New Year’s Eve.

We plan to stay again and hope that the valet parking issues are resolved.

The property was very clean and immaculate.

Cons:

The valet parking is in need of adjustment. It took us an hour to receive our vehicle. We had reservations and almost missed the appointment waiting on our car.
