Pros:

The service received at the Pearl is outstanding. The respond very quickly to any issues and always to a high standard. The Pearl would be my first choice everything.

Cons:

I loved everything about the Pearl. The location is perfect, right next to the lake with easy access to shops and other areas

It was a great view but not worth the money.
Pros:

The room, the view and the restaurant was top class

Cons:

The Spa and wellness where not accessible even though I’ve paid so much to stay in the hotel for that very reason. It makes no sense to still have to pay for a steam room or sauna. The swimming pool was also not the best.

Great hotel, great staff.
Pros:

Easily one of the best hotels in Ontario. Every single staff touch point was fantastic, from the valet, to the restaurant, to the reception etc.

Cons:

Noise insulation was not good in the room. Everything else was excellent.
