Great hotel and friendly valet!
Pros:

I was staying at the hotel with my dad and we had a great time. Lucas from the valet truly made our experience special. He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and provided great conversation every time we saw him. He made the valet process completely stress free.

Weekend Trip at the Tallahassee AC Marriott
Pros:

My colleague and I were staying at the AC Marriott in Tallahassee on Friday night. The staff and the amenities were incredible. Our valet Ed was also very helpful with unloading our bags and helping us with directions. It was overall a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service & good location
Pros:

Great location, nice staff, helpful and kind. The hotel is not a luxury hotel (no room service, etc), but I only have good things to say about it, mostly because of the excellent customer service and location.

The best hotel in Tallahassee, hands down. Great customer service, especially from the front desk. Safe and convenient location--right in the middle of Cascades Park (which is beautiful) and nearby to wonderful cafes (2 minutes from Argonaut Coffee and 5 minutes away from Power Plant). Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant.

Cons:

Housekeeping could've been a bit more attentive (sometimes forgot to take out the trash or make the bed). Of course, a call to the front desk would've fixed things, but it would've nice if these basic details were taken care of.
