I was in room 9 . Horrible view of the car park . Scuff marks on all skirtings. Dropped my earring under the bed. Turned my torch on to find it and nearly threw up. Absolutley filthy under bed full of dust a very thick layer over carpet which stunk. Lollies and a bottle top.
The room was very hot. I had to put the aircon on cool! :)
Nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a small gym and a cosy coffee shop, so it has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Initially stayed in a ground-floor Mountain View room. The only downside was the room was small and that the mini fridge was right next to the bed, and it was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, when I asked if I could change rooms for my next booking, the staff were very accommodating and moved me to an upstairs Mountain View room, which was much quieter and made for a much better stay. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.

Parking yes we were told parking is limited. We paid $400 for 2 nights and couldn't park anywhere
Super fast and easy check-in with the pre-check-in done online before arriving. The water pressure for shower is amazing.
It seemed like there is still central heating in every room despite it has an ac in the unit. The central heating temperature was set too high, we turned off the ac in our room before sleeping and got waken up mid night around 12:30am as the room turn too hot. We then turned on the cooling mode of the ac in the room tried to cool down the room but the room takes at least 2 hours to become less hot. We even put away the duvet and use only sheets and it is still hot.

Location is nice, good views and easy to walk to places.
The room was loud, although it was supposed to be soundproof I could easily hear everything through the walls. The heat pump made an obnoxious noise all night even when turned off. The bed was extremely uncomfortable too. Parking was limited.
