Near the shops
The room we stayed in was directly opposite the public toilet. It was metres away from the front check in desk. There was noise, people talking loudly, cases being dragged by on tiled floor - we seem to have been put in only room without carpet in the hallway… the noise kept us up until after 1 am! This room should never be offered for booking. Horrendous experience. And the view is literally of the car park. Room 11 is doomed. Do not book!

On line check in called for rego but we where travelling by cab so we had no rego plates so we put rego number of aus car.
Well situated near shops restaurants etc. Really nice outlook if you pay the extra for the mountain views. Great parking

Noise in the hall is like a racing track it's like wind is pulling air around the door and making loud whistling noises,also the heat pump was to noisy to use at night it may need a service we left in the early hours as we had no sleep and drove all the way back to bluff it cost us our whole holiday have asked for a refund still waiting on a reply, possibly no manager until weekday
