The lack of parking
Staff were great. A convenience bar in reception allowed us to get food for our meal. The room was new and super comfy. A 15 min walk to local shops and pharmacy.

Great place for an early flight out of Queenstown if you have a rental car. Quiet and clean.

No table in room or proper chair, cleanliness left a bit to be desired stuff under bed, really pestered you to be online book in , took a deposit after i paid in full then kept a fee on that deposit

We arrived early so easily found a free car park outside - but if you want undercover car parking it is extra.
No restaurant and food options nearby are limited - this is a developing suburb so this may change in the future.

Pretty simple tidy room with small bathroom that needs a sliding door rather than a door that makes access to the toilet difficult. Also there is barely anywere to put down a toilet bag, make up bag. There was nowhere to set up a computer if you had work to do
Too far from airport to push heavy suitcases uphill for half an hour’s walk. No shuttle or bus nearby. Decor dull brown/yellow inside. Mattress needed replacing.
Loved the gym, view out the front although our room view was out the back. Flexible checkout.
Parking can be stressful if busy- parking on site is not guaranteed. Driveway only exits one way.
