Having a washing machine and dryer. Also good that there is a mini kitchen in the room.
The lint filter in the dryer is faulty, it barely catches the lint and lint is all blown in my face when I opened the door. Also lint sticking on my clothes which had to be shaken off.
Also the bed is a little too soft for me.
No close by restaurants. 10-15 min walk.
Pillow too high. There should be low and high pillows to suit different customers.

It was fairly new, and great views of the mountain.

No restaurant on site, except for small open window selling snacks, toasties and coffee, no where to sit.
Short 5 min drive to shopping centre, new world, shops and restaurants.
Clean and comfy; great that it had a washing machine and dishwasher as we were up early doing tours.
No fresh air, but guess that is hotel standard
This room is clean and new but the room is quite small and there is nothing within walking distance for food options. They warn you that if you leave in the evening you might not be able to find parking in the lot, there is parking very nearby but there are also no options for food if you don't drive away. There is not real food available in the hotel. All that said, the hotel is very clean and new.

Cleanliness, location to tour bus pick up for Milford sound, size of room, coffee, and in suite laundry.
Unfortunately there were no rooms available other than suites, so we had to upgrade.

Very basic cafe. Tiny bathroom & plumbing noise in night.
No chair, just a stool to sit on
The location was great, 5 mins from the airport. The room was spacious and clean
No microwave in the room and very limited parking
The hotel itself is great, with clean and modern facilities, it would be great in winter as it closer to the Remarkables than Queenstown central is.
It is situated in Frankton which is 25 minutes in an uber to central Queenstown and no way you could walk back. Great if you have a car and don’t plan on drinking
