Great location for shorter stays, close to most ski fields.
The housekeeping was practically non existent, uncomfortable bedding that doesn’t fit the mattress, noisy A/C and fridge, room had a funky smell to it, no comfortable lounge or seating, phone didn’t work to dial reception
The room was very hot. I had to put the aircon on cool! :)
I was in room 9 . Horrible view of the car park . Scuff marks on all skirtings. Dropped my earring under the bed. Turned my torch on to find it and nearly threw up. Absolutley filthy under bed full of dust a very thick layer over carpet which stunk. Lollies and a bottle top.
Nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a small gym and a cosy coffee shop, so it has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Initially stayed in a ground-floor Mountain View room. The only downside was the room was small and that the mini fridge was right next to the bed, and it was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, when I asked if I could change rooms for my next booking, the staff were very accommodating and moved me to an upstairs Mountain View room, which was much quieter and made for a much better stay. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.
