Can’t sleep at night.Due to noice from stress or club in the back of the hotel.
The property was beautifully restored and impeccably maintained. The staff was beyond helpful with wonderful attitudes. You get the feeling that they love their jobs. We were sorry to leave. Definitely recommend staying there for an amazing Oaxaca experience. The location was the best!

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredibly friendly and supportive staff. The Designs used within the Hotel are very nice and we enjoyed the great breakfast selection
Our room was nicely decorated but space to actually store clothes or unpack the suitcase was quite limited. Also daylight was limited in the room.
The breakfast was delicious and it was served, rather than a buffet, which improved the quality. There was always fresh juice and coffee available. The setting was beautiful.
I always prefer when hotels play local music rather than American music.

As soon as i walked in i ran into a very rude woman working at the front desk after an 8 hour flight she tried to tell me that i could not bring my dog to this already dog friendly hotel. Then she had a disgusting attitude the remainder of the stay. I told her i want a full refund if i cannot bring my dog. Details were already discussed prior to my arrival about bringing my dog so they knew about it.
