Guter Aufenthalt, nettes Personal, kleiner Abzug beim Frühstück

Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch in der Lanxess Arena, stylische Zimmer, nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt: gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, fußläufig zur Lanxess Arena.
Beim Einchecken mussten wir warten. Zuviele Gäste und nur 2 Mitarbeiter.
Das Zimmer und Bad war stylisch und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider ist beim Duschen in der begehbaren Dusche das Bad geflutet, d.h. der ganze Boden war nass!

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da und haben uns alle wohlgefühlt. Moderne, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal.

Prima voor één nacht
Pros:

Het zwembad was erg mooi. Het hotel ziet er mooi en en lag dicht bij onze bestemming. De kamer en badkamer waren erg ruim.

Cons:

De communicatie was niet geweldig. Het hotel heeft een zwembad, maar geen badjassen/badslippers. Ik kwam aan bij het zwembad en er waren ook geen handdoeken, deze moest ik bij de receptie vragen. (In mijn badkleding) ook was de badkamer niet schoon toen we aan kwamen.

The extra bed was very uncomfortable and also when they were some used dishes, they just picked them up and did not replace them.

Das großgelobte Frühstück war es nicht! Zimmer nett, für eine Nacht ausreichend!

Sie liegt zentral in der Nähe der Messe und der Stadt!

Cons:

Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, die Betten waren zu hart!
